He scuffed his paws against the ground, creating tiny piles of dirt and getting it stuck in his paw pads. Beankit really didn’t want to rehash it, but he knew Grizz would make him feel better. He always found a bright side. "Mm well.." he started hesitantly, "When Sootflare said there’d be swimming lessons, I thought I would go too because I wanna swim..." He’d already seen that swimming was a huge part of the RiverClan, and he’d wanted to be involved. Nothing wrong with that. "And the he split everyone into groups but I think he kinda forgot about me... I mean I’m new and all so I guess..." Beankit was convinced that Sootflare didn’t mean to forget him. It was just a mistake, Sootflare was nice! "So I, uhm, didn’t actually... swim..." He couldn’t quite meet Grizz’s eye, both embarrassed and down. So, he continued to paw at the dirt on the ground, building up his small pile until he ultimately squished it. Beankit finally stopped and looked up, nervous as to what Grizz would say. What kind of bright side could he find there?

"Oh really?" He hummed a bit absentmindedly, taking more care to focus on where he was placing the moss than her answer. The scent of the nursery was sending an anxious chill up his spine and his paws were itching to leave. Though.. what the heck was an emerald? And wait?

"You already have their names picked out?! Aren't you going to wait to name them when you see them?" Wasn't that what queens did...?
