Smokykit lay curled up in the nursery. He wasn't one for waking up anywhere near on time. It was past sunhigh and the tom was still in bed. The blue-grey tom yawned as he groggily opened his eyes. He rolled onto his back and stretched before returning back onto his stomach. Smokykit slowly rose to his paws, blinking the sleep from his eyes before looking around the den, was it just him or was the nursery getting smaller? The kit shrugged it off and bounded towards the entrance, sitting and looking out into the busy Shadowclan camp clearing.

Sleetkit

Sleetkit, who had been wide awake since dawn, was getting bored. But then Smoky started to shift, and finally got out of his nest. A playful smile grew on his face as the young tom padded over toward the nursery entrance, and Sleet, who was hiding next to the nursery, ran over and tried to pounce on his brother's tail. "You slept in too late!" He made a fake pouty face. "You're so boring," he joked, "there are better things to do than sleep!"

The chubby tom blinked at his brother before yawning once more "nothing's better than sleep" he said sticking his tongue out at his sibling playfully. He turned his attention to the sky then back to his brother "and anyway it's only a little bit past sunhigh" He said squinting. Smokykit was finally starting to fully wake up as a gentle breeze brushed through the tom's fur.

Batsong sat alert on a log at the edge of the clearing, his fluffy black tail hanging and swinging gently from the log as he sat. It wasn't clear exactly what he was doing, but he was probably just thinking. He's always been considered strange anyway. He was an outcast and he preferred to keep to himself than talk to anyone else. So that's what he's most likely doing right now.

Frogfang walked into camp dropping off some prey he had caught before going over and sitting down next to another Tom to bask in the sun.

Lilykits head shot up, who was yelling! It was annoying and ruined her sleep. She then spotted the cat. It was another kit an annoying one at that but an idea came to mind. At the moment she wasn’t known as much as she wanted to be. She got up and walked over, taking the time to put on a soft smile and getting ready to do her nice polite voice and cleaning her fur hello there. I’m happy to play with you if you would like
