Considering they both have flaws that effect them Socially, Emotionally, Mentally, and Physically they both feel outcasted so together they can feel like they belong, it would be adorable. They already spend alot of time together so i see a budding romance. It would also cause alot of drama because cats could say to jayfeather " Your are just like you mom, breaking both codes to be with another cat." and to Brairlight "Starclan cursed you with being paralyzed because they knew oyu were going to go after jayfeather its a warning to not go after him but you did it anyway" and millie would be confused on how to act since her "broken" kit is happy but is dating a medicine cat.
