Krosis clambered in and sealed the grate "We're right next to it, here." He turned on his visor an within 2 seconds the door was open " equinox we found another civilian! "

"Looks like you're stuck with us." Intel joked. "Come get yourself a glass of water." The chameleon motioned for Lonan to come."You don't need to get one, and I don't either, but... well... water is kind of my ammo." Intel explained, taking a sip.

Sorry I didn't respond sooner but I had a bunch of stuff come up*
Once they were alone Krosis shut the door to the saferoom "while I was up surveying the area I saw an atrocity. It was a man, at least I think it was. He was huge and was clad in armor. I've never seen anything like it before."

"You're sure it was a human, and not another one of those Death Egg Robots, right?" Equinox raised an eyebrow, trying not to seem too skeptical. "The Doctor's been rolling those out like... well... I don't know. Like his littler robots!" She wasn't the best when it came to conversation. Give her a pencil and paper, and she'd write better than the poets of old, but everyday conversation? Not her forte.

Intel sat down, wondering whether anything interesting was happening up on the surface. He was totally going to go on a spy mission but he didn't want to make anybody angry so he waited in case they gave him orders. He grabbed some water and took a big gulp.

"From the best we've got. I'll contact Vector of the Chaotix to see if any of the higher-ups are available. We'd do well with one or two of them to lead." Equinox gave a solemn nod. "Has he displayed any apparent weaknesses?"

"None, other than being moderately slow he's practically impervious to damage and his strength is astronomical." At this Krosis shuddered " he carries a huge sword that seems to cut through just about anything. "

Equinox's heart sank when he mentioned the word "slow". The only viable candidate then would be someone who wasn't.

Yet she refused to bring him into this.

"Then I'll send for Silver. Maybe I can get Avatar out there, too," she replied. "And I'll call Tails to see if he can track this guy or get a closer inspection. Why he hasn't told us, I have no idea... unless the Doctor has no digital records of... whoever he is."
