Sunstorm dropped into a crouch. He began to stalk the gray mouse. A moment later he came out holding it. "That". He said

“ oh good catch! Why don’t we head back now.” She said surprised that she didn’t smell the mouse.

Sustorm nodded and led the way back.

{ @Larkstripe }
Fishspeckle had noticed that the prey was a bit low today, so, calling upon a random cat, he had asked them to hunt with him, since they agreed, here they were now.
A frosty wind blew through the thick branches overhead, snow crunched beneath his paws, making it sound like there were more than two cats walking in this area. Fishspeckle shivered a bit as he recalled the legends surrounding this area- he shook his head, ghosts weren’t real!
“So,” Fishspeckle meowed, trying to start a conversation, “It’s cold huh?”
Wind whistled in the branches overhead.
Not a ghost, not a ghost, not a ghost, He thought to himself, trying not to seem scared.
Fishspeckle wasn’t a superstitious cat, he never would be, but with the current setting, even the most literal cat could get a little jumpy.
(How’s this? :3)

(Great, thanks!)
Larkstripe’s fiery pelt was ruffled against the brisk wind. He chuffed softly in amusement, “It’s on days like today that I wish I had a long coat.” the half-Clan Warrior mused. He lifted his muzzle to the air and inhaled, frowning slightly. There was a musty, unusual scent on the air. He glanced at Fishspeckle, “Do you smell that? It smells almost like...a mink, but not quite.” He questioned.

Fishspeckle turned his nose to the air and opened his mouth, letting the warm scent in,
“I think it’s called a pine marten,” He said, turning towards the other tom, “Haven’t caught one before, but I’ve seen one on the fresh-kill pile, they’re said to be a bit hard to catch,” He flicked his tail, “Though I doubt it’ll be all too hard to catch if we do it together.”

Larkstripe nodded, and scanned the clearing, sniffing the air. He glanced up into the branches of a nearby birch, where a small weasel-like creature’s was curled up in the fork of a branch.
“Hmm...it’s quite high up there.” He observed.
