There was a glass elevator in front of the two, and it most likely lead back into modern Aperture. On the wall beside it was a poster. "Wait! I've got an idea! That poster! Go look at it for a second, would you?"

It's a better plan than exploding. Marginally. Now get in that elevator."

As soon as the elevator opened in modern Aperture, Jessica could immediately hear Wheatley yelling. "For god's sake, you're BOXES with LEGS! It is literally your only purpose! Walking onto buttons! How can you not do the one thing you were designed for!?" They had gotten out of the elevator at the entrance of a test chamber. Wheatley must be trying to test.

"Warmer. Warrrrmer. Boiling hot. Boiling--okay, colder. Ice cold. Arctic. Very very very cold LOOK JUST GET ON THE BUTTON! Oh, that's funny, is it? Because we've been at this twelve hours and you haven't solved it either, so I don't know why you're laughing. You've got one hour! SOLVE IT!" Jessica walked through the test chamber door, and was met with the sight of an easy test chamber. There was a button, and a lot of cubes. But there was something wrong with them. Upon closer inspection, two turrets had been crammed into each cube, and they hopped around. There was a tall monitor on the wall beside the button. "Solve his puzzle for him. When he comes back, I'll hit him with a paradox."

Jessica growled at Wheatley. "You jerk! You don't understand how to control the power you have! I miss the little AI that ran on a track in the ceiling and gave little jokes that made me smile! Where's that Wheatley? Gone! You are not the little friend I once knew! And I'm not being your test subject! And neither is GLaDOS! I'm putting her back in her body, and I don't care what I have to do to do it at this rate!" Jessica yelled at her old friend. "I don't want to kill him..." She whispered to GLaDOS as she entered the chamber. "How are we going to get to him?"
