Re: SkyClan Clearing
Ripplestripe stands alone in the middle of the clearing, looking down and hoping she wasn't the center of attention. She stares down at her plump starling that she was eating, and picked it up in her mouth, chewing it slowly. She finally decided to look up, and realized she wasn't the center of attention. It was quiet in the clearing with cats sharing tongues, and speaking about their latest hunt. She gave a sigh of relief and shook her head, reminding her to not be so shy to everything. She padded over to behind the warriors den to eat her prey in peace. Finally, she relaxed and began to finish up her starling.

As she padded around the clearing, she realized there weren't very many cats around. The only cat that was in sight was a cat she had never associated with- Ripplestripe. Stormfeather sighed. It was worth a shot. Stormfeather trotted over to where Ripplestripe was eating, giving Cougarleap a worried look. Only a dog could have done that much damage. "Would you like to go hunting with me? Just the two of us?" she asked Ripplestripe. |

( Open RP / Please Tag ) Finchbreeze padded into the quiet, yet crowded clearing of cats - her light blue eyes scanning her surroundings with a glint of curiosity lurking within them. The young silver-furred she-cat gave a content sigh and strolled over to the fresh kill pile, picking out a plump sparrow and laying down in the sun-warmed dirt at the edge of the open area, her ears twitching contently as she lowered her muzzle and bit into her meal, savoring the taste as she thought to herself. Being a young warrior with no mate, no apprentice and really no friends, life was boring for her in a sense. Every day was the same and she just wished that she could have someone to keep her company. |

"Oh, I'm glad to hear that. I bet you'll be a great warrior...that's pretty cool, wow!" Pantherpaw mewed, once again his more kit like side coming through as he gave her another friendly smile. "She's nice. She's alright, I suppose...I mean I don't really know her that well so it's kind of weird and everything...but she seems nice, I think we're going to get alone just fine," The tom mewed with a thoughtful expression. There was a sort of half smile on his maw, making him look quite interested in pretty much everything going on around him...though his attention was focused mainly on Ashenpaw. The tom's yellow hues seemed to be looking directly through her, but in reality he was trying to get a reaction...any sort of,reaction...from her. The tip of his tail began to move back and forth in a bored manner; this was something he did when he could feel boredom coming upon him. "So...you wanna do something? Oh, now that I'm an apprentice we could go out hunting! Or just for a walk or something, I'm just glad to have the freedom to leave," Pantherpaw mewed as he eagerly awaited Ashenpaw's answer. |
Re: SkyClan Clearing
(for @Willowstorm) Cold. Barren. Chilling. Miserable. All words to describe leafbare, in Cherrycloud's opinion. The shivering weather was enough to make the cheeriest kit sad. There wasn't one good thing about it.. There was a severe drop in the prey, cats would be more susceptible to sicknesses like Greencough and Whitecough, and the bitter cold temperatures weren't any help. Cherrycloud thought about this as she sat in the clearing, staring up at the sky and longing for the sun's warm rays to be cast down upon her. Instead, a freezing wind blew, ruffling her bright ginger pelt. Her ears were pulled back, and her face in a scowl. Of course, her mood was merely temporary, and would go back to her normal, cheery mood once the frost had melted away and the sun returned to heat her pelt. Really, there was no getting Cherrycloud out of her funk. You'd just simply have to wait until springtime. Until then, she'd be mopey and grumpy, with the temper of an elder. She stared down at her paws as she shivered, her tail wrapped around her in an effort to stay warm. She stared down at the fresh kill that sat in front of her paws, partially eaten. Cherrycloud knew it wasn't right to get rid of perfectly fine, unfinished prey, especially during leafbare. But she simply wasn't hungry. |

(haha don't worry about it, i'll make mine a bit shorter if you'd like me to ^^) Cherrycloud's ginger ears flicked in the direction of another cat, exiting the Warrior's Den. Shortly after, her head turned in the direction too, spotting a she-cat, who's name she remembered to be Butterflyheart. Trying to regain some of her old happiness, she forced a small smile. "Hello," she meowed to the other cat kindly. "How are you?" Cherrycloud questioned, trying to start up a conversation. No matter how grumpy she may be, Cherrycloud was always social, and never introverted. |
Re: SkyClan Clearing
The worried kittypet skidded into the clearing, making a racket. "It's them! It's them! They're coming!" Yet no one seemed to pay attention to the cat that just trespassed into their camp, blurting out meaningless words. But they weren't meaningless words...they were words of warning..."It's them! They're here! I heard them!" Words of warning...of the cruel plot he'd overheard...
