* She gently picked up the kit and made her way back to their day. She laid down and pulled all her kits over to her and laid down. She licked them and then laid her head down and closed her eyes. *

Cody huffed, and curled up tightly. He didn't want anything to do with his 'family' right now.

* Red padded into the territory saw the den. He padded over and called out for Thyme. Thyme perked up and uncurled around her kits. She padded outside and her heart immediately felt soft. She padded over to him and took the kits in her mouth and flicked her tail to dismiss him. He bounded away and Thyme padded back in the den and laid down. She placed the kits in the crook of her body and pulled them to her belly. She whispered lightly and hummed. *
" Nurse little ones I will protect you. "

Cody sat in the corner, tail lashing as he watched the kits. Stupid. They were stupid. He could kill them in a single blow... but he wouldn't. With a sigh, he laid down and closed his eyes.
