Maggotpaw sat hunched in the clearing, drawing a paw through the dirt and watching the warriors’ den. She was waiting for Brackenfire to come out so she could go outside for a change. Maybe go on a hunt. Sitting around camp was painful, and her paws were itching to run. Maggotpaw got frustrated with her drawing and scuffed it out, starting anew. She glanced up again at the warriors’ den. If she was a warrior, she would be able to just step in there and no one would question it. Instead, she was forced to for Brackenfire like a worm. The apprentice stared at the entrance with such intensity that her eyes hurt. Maggotpaw ducked her head and blinked, momentarily blinded.

Purekit scoffed and decided to stop fussing about moss. It was just moss afterall.. no it wasnt actually it was important! She'd argue more about this later though. "Magpiekit, you DO live under rock. We'll all do! We LITERALLY sleep in a hollow rock." Purekit said matter of factly. "Who cares if it isn't new? Its more trendy than your sorry ass will ever be." Purekit said, teasingly. It was true, Magpiekit got all she new about looking good from Purekit. Without her, Magpiekit would not be as good looking as she was. "Your reputation won't go down! If anything, it'll go up! All the other kits are too scared to even leave their queens. But, it would kickstart our career of being the only brave kits in this whole cla-" Purekits attention changed when she somehow saw.. Butterflies?? In leaf-bare?? "Oh. M. Gosh! Magpiekit look! We totally need to get butterfly wings for our look! All the other kits won't be able to compete, maybe even some of the apprentices!!"

Needlepaw layed in the clearing. She watched the cats. Heartkit padded up to her. "Can you play" she asked. Her mother, suntail quickly came up to her. "Let needlepaw be" she mewed to her. She took her kit back to the nursury

The tom padded toward his mentor. He was coming from a small rock pile that he liked to lounge on. When he got close enough, he called out for Whitrose. With a smile, he picked up his pace to a jog and stopped in front of the Warrior.

The white cat yawned and padded into the Shadowclan clearing. They stretched their long legs and yawned, normally at this time they would still be sleeping but WhiteRose now had an apprentice to train. They sat near the entrance of the warriors den and began to groom their white-ish red pelt, before getting a chance to finish grooming themselves they herd their name being called out and looked up to see Gekopaw running towards them.

"Jeeze, at this rate your going to wake the whole Forrest up before you even get to catch anything." they mumbled somewhat amused. "let's go out in the forest and we can start training, 'kay kiddo?"

They stood up and padded towards the camp entrance and flicked their tail indicating that Gekopaw should follow.

(I'm going to make a training thread for Gekopaw if that's okay) @Squirrelflight22

Mintkit was curled up, drifting in and out of sleep on the cold ground. She had stayed as close to the nursery as possible without breaching the threshold. For the first time in... well, she didn't know how long, Mintkit didn't want to talk to her sister. She doesn't understand. She will soon enough, she'll s- "A-choo!" A squeaky sneeze interrupted Mintkit's train of thought. She quickly buried her wet snout in her tail, hoping that no-one had noticed.

Brackentail rushed over to his kit. “Mintkit!” His face filled with worry, he hissed, “what are you doing!? sleeping outside in the cold ground, you are sick!” He threw his tail over her and began to lick, viciously. @WinterBug
