Jack squeezed his eyes shut harder, then jumped up in his nest.

Kate placed her paw on Night's forehead. It was burning, and she started to lick him between his ears. She stayed by his side, and she didn't want to get up until he woke.

Night stirred a small bit. His eyes opened halfway, he was thirsty. His eyes blurry and glazed looking, he noticed Kate's scent and burrowed closer, he was so thirsty....... and so hot........ when was the last time he'd drank water? Gosh......... he'd been so stressed the past few days he'd forgotten hadn't he. It hurt, his throat was dry, his stomach was craving liquid. He gave a small groan and looked at Kate.

Kate's mind scrambled as she thought of what to do, and then the easiest answer ever hit her. Give him water! Duh! She thought to herself, prying some moss of of a nearby tree. She sat by the river, not to leave his side as she soaked the moss in water. Kate held the moss to his lips, her whiskers quivering with fear. She then splashed her own tail down in the water, resting her cold, wet fur on his forehead. You'll be okay. I'll make sure of it. She soothed, keeping the moss she was holding steady.

King was lost. He came to a halt as he smelled a border. Was it his own? He racked his brain, trying to recall the scent of his new clan. It smelled similar. And if it wasn't? Perhaps the cats would help him find a way back. He had never really met any older cats, mainly because queens were killed in his clan once kits were old enough.

Night layed gently, suddenly feeling a cold tail along his forehead and cold, wet moss against his lips, his mouth immedietly got to work, lapping up the water rapidly, his throat itching for more

Ember ran in circles like the weird cat she is. Her nose twitched and she stopped, her head facing the direction of the scent. It was a new cat. Another intruder? "Uhh.." She looked around for any nearby cats. "Tracker! There's some cat here." Ember meowed urgently.

Tracker came bounding over, making sure that Vine and Silver were in their prison. "A cat?" He meowed and gazed into the direction of the scent. "Who's there?!" He growled fiercely.

Night! Kate stood in front of him. You need rest! He couldn't be fighting now! He had been ill so short ago!

King growled again, lashing his tail. Get off our territory. He repeated, his hackles rising.

The best thing to do would be to go and run back to whatever dump you came from." He growled and leaned into their muzzle. "Because, well, this ain't your territory. It's my clan's. And my clan could easily tear you apart in 5 seconds, judging by your size."

King snorted. This guy? He looked like half a rogue. If he thought that he would tear him apart... Look, I don't want to fight. He meowed, partly growling. I'm pretty sure that I'm not the one non the wrong territory. He searched the gazes of the cats starting to form. Well, maybe I am. I would go, though I have no idea where I am. Or who's land I'm standing on. King hissed, licking his fur flat.
