"Yeah." Agreed Jaggedfang between mouthfuls.

At last Mulberry sat up and sighed. "That was good."

Tiny was happy to allow Nala and this new cat to have their own talk. She was not social most of the time, she definitely was going to let her mother do the major talking. It was a relief to know that her mother accepted, or maybe just understood, how she felt. She didn't feel like that now, which was a start in Thrush not getting his fur clawed off, but her claws were still unsheathed and her tail lashing as she narrowed her eyes at the newcomer.

Nala’s voice softened as she said to tiny
“tiny calm down please......”

Turing to thrush she said
”of course! Me and my mate and kit and expecting kits would love to help you! We can train you if you’d like!

She smiled at the tomcat.

➳ Gale
With all the scents and sights around, it was a wonder that Gale had even made it here in the first place. Not only was it a ways away from her home, where she preferred to remain for the most part, but there were quite a few cats here. It made her fur bristle just a bit, but her paws kept moving towards her destination. The truth was, she had been running low on cobwebs for the past couple days, and the only place she could think of to replenish them was near the lake.

Skirting around the edge of a rundown building, the dark gray molly made her way to the shoreline, the damp mud closing in around her paws as they sank in a bit deeper. Her nose wrinkled at the thought of having to clean them once she arrived back home, but she pushed the thought from her mind. Scanning the area, her eyes widened as they came across the object of her search. There weren't many, but they would do in a pinch. Using a paw, she swiped it over the sticky substance, backing up as she held the wrapped paw off the ground.

"They won't miss these, I'm sure of it," she mewed under her breath, casting another glance around at the cats that were deep within their own conversations. None of them would even notice her, and if they did she knew how to hold her own in battle - if it came to that.

// @hope - for orpheus' and her's vibe time ^^

Thrush smiled back. "Thanks!" he mewed.

Minnow and Thunderstorm got to their feet quickly and tumbled over to their siblings. "Yay!" They mewed.

Bramble was equally excited.

Her fur beginning to lie flat, Tiny settled back onto her haunches as Nala told her to calm down. It seemed this cat was in luck, and would not be getting clawed. She might have felt threatened, or maybe she was just a bit worried this cat would be awful, but she was still reluctant to trust this newcomer immediately. But what Nala said went. Her voice brittle, she brushed past the tom and mewed We could go practice fighting now if you want. I know some good moves. And maybe it would be a good opportunity to find out a bit more about the new cat. @~dust~ @Bramblefire01

Thrush nodded enthusiastically. "I used to train with my adoptive mom, she was a great fighter." Mewed Thrush sadly. "Then I got lost and well, never found them again."

"Alright," Mulberry replied. "I'll be up at the top for a little bit."

Mulberry dashed after the rabbit, furious that she had alerted it with her clumsy movements. Breaking free of the undergrowth, she spotted it fleeing along the lake. She also saw another cat sitting by itself.
