Ashfire watched the clan for a short amout of time to catch his breath before going back out again. Maybe another hunting session, or maybe a border patrol. Who knows. But he never just goes out to do nothing. He was always active.

(umm....darkness darkness....all thats comeing to mind is an eclipse and you attack all the cats with that nightmare thing the guardian does....or something like that)
