Kestrelkit made a rather undignified yelp when Swallow yanked him over to be a fur buddy. Pretty quickly, though, he regained his composure.

"That's right," Kes mewed after Swallow's words, as if he knew what she was gonna say all along [pffft no he did not]. Looking like they all agreed in front of the brigade was important for like, leader stuff though. He didn't really know why, but whatever. "Get close enough to smell your partner's stinky breath, or else!!!"

Kestrel forgot his general status when he caught sight of Wren scaling Buckstar. It was the best thing he'd seen all day. Pride swelled in his chest warmly, because LOOK, they beat Buckstar again. [One sibling's victory was victory for the trio after all.] The tom-kit almost jumped after his older brother, his paws itching to get in on the action, but alas-- leadership was sacrifice. Kes settled for shouting across a sea of kits to add to the chaos.

"General Wren- make sure our assistant....er...assists! Lazy cats will be-- uh..." Exiled? Executed? Kestrelkit turned uncertainly to his sister, who seemed to be on a decision-making roll. He mewed quietly to her: "What's the punishment for being lazy again, Swallow?"
