"Sit comfortably, Victoria. I have quite a story to tell..."

Victoria grinned, leaning against the stone wall of the cave, listening excitedly.

"So, as a detective for hire, I travel a lot with my parents. I see lot's of amazing things while I travel around the world. I've gone to every place you could name of, China, Japan, Europe, Australia, you name it, I've been there. So I've seen lots of crazy things. Like one time me and my mom were at a zoo in Australia, and saw a kangaroo take on three cheetahs, and survive! The spiders there were interesting. Most are deadly, but some are ok. The views are amazing where I go. I once saw a great waterfall once. It was so far down I couldn't see where the water went. I've been on the ocean as well. I apparently learned I get seasick really easily, so I don't go on the ocean often. But I once saw like five whales leap out of the water at once, it almost tipped over the boat I was on. And of course, I've had my fair share of close calls with nature. I got the opportunity to see a tsunami once, and the wave was MASSIVE. Also I saw a tornado once as well. Those things are giant twisting winds. Pick up almost anything in it's path. Very destructive. Obviously, since I am a detective for hire, I deal with a lot of things. Like one time I had to find someone who killed a young woman. And that man when I found him was SMART. My gosh, I wouldn't have been surprised if Sherlock Holmes himself trained him. He was caught, I had to think outside the box. I rarely get opportunities that make me think harder. Getting you out of the kingdom? That was one. I have a few events to talk about if you want. So... What do you want to know first? The time I nearly killed myself with a waterfall, the time my mother fought a real life tiger and lion at the same time, or the time I was in an actual pyramid?"

"Waterfall!" Victoria said.

"Ah, that's one I shall never forget. While searching for a man that stole a lot of money from a bank, he was last seen by a large waterfall. So I and my mother went there. It was a beautiful scene at first: the trees around the waterfall, how the cliff was hidden by the rushing water, how the water made such a loud, peaceful noise, the roaring of it as it hit the rocks and water below it, I could have slept to it. However, my mother turned her back for a minute, I stood at the fence, leaning over it, watching the waterfall, the wind blowing water droplets in my face and hair. I was distracted. And the man I was looking for took advantage for that and pretty much lifted me off my feet and threw me over the railing. I did first hit the ground on the other side of the railing, but I forgot how gravity works, or I panicked slightly, and I slipped off the grass and started my fall. I did panic for a second, I thought I was going to die. My body was under the actual waterfall, so I was going faster, and the pain was coming in. The fall only took like five seconds. I slammed into the water at like... 63 miles per hour? I think? I blacked out almost immediately after I hit the water. And I woke up in a hospital, with my mother standing over my bed, explaining what happened. She said they found my body heading for the other drop, yes, that was a double waterfall, and they grabbed me with a helicopter before I took the other drop. If they didn't get to me in time, my mother says I may have not survived. She says it was a miracle I did survive. Even the injuries I was suffering wasn't bad. A broken back, ribs, arms, legs, and a bad concussion. I am not sure how I survived, but it did give me some life changing injures. I unfocus pretty fast, and migraines come rather frequently. And I break my bones more often since I'm not as strong as I was before. Don't worry, the man was found and sentenced to life in prison for the robbery, added on to the attempted murder of me, and other offences. I still have the scar on my back from the incident."

Victoria gasped, eyes wide. "Oh, wow!"

(Tw: possible mentions of blood or mentions that might make people feel uneasy)

*She turned around and lifted her shirt*

*A long jagged line stretched across her back, a darker color than Alyssa's skin*

*Some parts looked slightly black, and you could see it pulsing slightly, blood rushing through the large scar*

(Alyssa touched her own scar just so you know)
