lambkit looked surprised that someone had talked to him. perking up in happiness, he nodded, a delighted expression creeping up onto his face. he'd felt like it'd been forecer since he talked to someone! older cats just looked at him and stared.. he kinda felt left out; but now, with this potential new friend, he'd fear not be lonely the rest of his life! giggling, he bounced on his paws, nodding frantically. this new friend seemed just as curious as he was, noticing that he had come up to sniff him. lambkit was pretty sure he smelt like herbs, since he had sneaked into the medicine den not a while ago and rolled around in some herbs lying astray. lambkit hoped his new friend liked the smell; although it was quite strong. there were still small traces and pieces of leaves and herbs in his poofy fur that he couldn't quite turn back and reach.

``yeah! i'm a fierce warrior! hiss!`` he spoke, his voice rather raspy and unheard. he'd have to speak more, he cant remember the last time he had spoken to anyone he had willingly wanted to. the warriors just asked him questions like 'why do you look like that?' or 'are you sure you wanna be a warrior when you grow up?' like, what kind of question was that? of course he wanted to be a warrior, he'd be the most powerful and gracious warrior there ever was and will be! even starclan themselves would be impressed! i mean, they better be, he already is sooo great right now, why wouldn't they be proud?

purring, he playfully circled the other kit, bouncing on his paws giddily. he felt as if bursting out of his skin, he was so excited! he liked this friend the most. not that it was his only friend, anyway.
