Re: Fisher's Point
// @spade
[sorry this is late ;-; but yeah i think thats a good idea!] Cosmo _________ Cosmo followed Ruby silently down the hill until she spoke, but he didn't even have to think about her question, he could not take on the beasts of the woods. Sure the alleycats could be pretty mean, but the wolves were on a whole other level. "Not by myself. In fact, i doubt even with all the cats here that we could take on down. Wolves aren't a joke. They're even meaner then dogs." Sure, he hated dogs as much as the next cat, but they were like kits to Wolves. "Which is why i'm glad we're just scouting for them, not actively looking to kill them." He chuckled. |

Montag’s eyes widened, and he took a moment to process the statement—the cool, lilting voice that lived in his head—spurred him on, concocted barbarous schemes, mocked his counterparts behind his eyes. The fawn coated tom’s expression went from distantly apathetic to immediately captivated, stepping forward, his unusual incisors glinting faintly. “Such an artistic skill...” he mused aloud, something like a smile crossing his features, “Sincerely interesting indeed. I can only wonder and dare I say fantasize how you might use it...” |

Marten shivered. It was cold here, and there was a quite a few cats here. The number seemed to be growing with each moment. The kit buried her face between her paws, because then, maybe, no one would see her. She'd be an invisible pale gray kit under a tree, and no cat would see anything but a trembling ball of fluffed up fur! |

l Fern l She had been walking by when she saw that little ball of fluff, Marten, again. "Marten?" she muttered, surprised. She had expected the kit to go back to her mother. |
Re: Fisher's Point
Marten jumped. A cat... had said.... her NAME. So, apparently, the invisibility strategy wasn't going to work. And what was worse was that it was the cat that trapped her between her paws! @Christmassy Peril

l Fern l She smiled, "Sorry about the little thing that happened last time, I was a bit excessive wasn't I?" she said. She stepped forward towards the kit a tad and looked down at her. |
Re: Fisher's Point
Marten didn't reply. She was too busy shaking, being intimidated, and worrying. Even though Fern was nice the last time she talked to her, she was still terrified. She finally nodded, looking up at the she-cat. @Christmassy Peril

l Fern l She frowned, What's wrong Marten? You're shaking like a hairless cat in leaf-bare. she said worriedly. She got up and got closer to the kit, honestly worried about the kit's health. |
Re: Fisher's Point
The reason she was shaking would be rude if she said it out loud. So Marten just said, "Cold." She was cold, actually, and was a better response than "you're scary". @Christmassy Peril
