The caped fawn molly swished her long tail, her head raised high to look at the sky. Cold and gray, like it had been for a moon or so now. She sighed and felt her shoulders slump. Looking around camp, determined to find something to do, she spotted Clanmates chatting and found only one cat not doing this. She approached him, her tail raised slightly in greeting. She hadn't talked to anyone specific in a while, she kind of missed bonding with her Clanmates. She smiled at this tom she had seen, recognizing him as Batfur. Definitely haven't talked to him in a while, if ever. she thought. Hello, Batfur! How are you today? she asked cheerfully. She didn't want the cold weather to bring her down like it did so many others, so she simply ignored it as it blew through her long pelt and ruffled the longer ruffs of fur on her cheeks.

[here's the starter! I hope it isn't too long]

Sootstorm

Sootstorm walked aimlessly around the clearing. He wasn't signed up for patrols, so he couldn't help with that. No apprentice either, so he couldn't train them. He supposed he could practice by himself, but what fun would that be without someone to practice on?

He hated being left out of everything. He never gets to do anything. It wasn't like he was a kit anymore. He was loyal to Dawnstar and ShadowClan. He wanted to become SootStar one day. It had a nice ring to it.

He flopped down, annoyed. Yes, he tended to be antisocial and didn't talk a lot. Yes that was his fault. He extended his claws and raked the dirt with them.

"Hey! your Sootstormy Right?! i Cobwebby!" Cobwebpaw meowed bouncing over, his energy hardly contained. he was happy about today, so happy he thought he was gonna pop

He wasn't used to random cats approaching him, much less happy ones such as this one.
"Is there something I can help you with?" he asked coldly, staring straight at the excited cat.

(Soot always is cold toward others, doesn't mean you should give up on him!)

Cobwebpaw blinked happily "you looked kind of bored, and since i need a warrior with me to hunt i was wondering if you'd like to come? Hunting is so fun and exciting!" he purred

Sootstorm looked at the apprentice, confused. "Don't you have a mentor to do that for you? Where are they?"

Sure, hunting sounded like a great idea, but why would the 'paw ask him and not his mentor?

The cream and white she-cat sat in the clearing, staring disgustedly at HeatherRain. It was a mystery of why though, for HeatherRain was everything that ShadowClan stood for... HeatherRain was aggressive, ambitious, strong and confident... Why would anyone hate her?

Just as HeatherRain trotted out of camp with her sister BeeFlight, and another warrior named EbonySky, MorningWhispers claws became unsheaved. MorningWhisper rolls her eyes and scoffs... She hated HeatherRain...

Sootstorm

Sootstorm looked back and forth between the apprentice and the pretty she-cat. She wasn't someone he had noticed before, but now, he couldn't stop staring. He shook his head to clear his thoughts.

"Fine, but if your aunt attacks me for taking you hunting without her permission, I will never help you again," he said, his low voice dark and threatening. His dark tail flicked back and forth behind him.
