Sunkit waddled around the nursery boredly. Their fluffy little kit body looked like a yellow and orange mossball curled up on the ground.

Quailheart purred loudly at the politeness and hidden excitement
of the kit. "Well, sure you can! Alirght, let's see.... Aha! I've got
it." Her blue eyes watched her viewer, but not intently, for she
was lost in her memories.
"Once there was a witty rogue. He was so smart and brave that
one day he decided he could outwit a monster." She paused for
effect.
"So, this Rogue, named Juniper, trotted over to the Thunderpath.
There he waited for half the day until a monster came by. This monster
was the biggest monster you'd ever see- maybe the biggest in the world!
Despite this, Stupid and witty Juniper stood in the path of it, and the
monster was so close it shook the ground beneath his paws. Then, it sped
up. Juniper, startled, realized he'd get squashed if he waited one second
longer.
Quailheart wasn't paying attention to Honeykit, but wondered if she was
excited or not.
"So he jumped! Juniper jumped straight atop that monster's snout,
but the monster was so fast he slammed against it's clear forehead and
couldn't move! Some lbig black twigs tried to shove him off, but Juniper
clung on, that rascal! And he's probably still there to this day, if I remember. I didn't see him hop off."
She chuckled slightly at the memory.

Honeykit

As Quailheart spoke, telling her story, Honeykit nodded along and seemed enthralled with the story of this rouge. As the story concluded she spoke. "Woah! That's so brave! Is it all true, did you actually know that rogue? Monsters seem pretty scary. Did you ever see one?" Honeykit seemed to have a lot of questions. She imagined what a monster must look like. Big black twigs? Weird...twolegs are so weird..."Was Juniper ok afterwards? Can I meet him!" She'd never actually met anyone outside of WindClan. Including her father, whoever that was. I bet he was really cool! Her thoughts drifted back to the story. "Thank you Quailheart, that was really cool!" She was still excited to hopefully get answers to her questions, however she figured she should say thank you before she forgot to do so.

Leopardkit smiled proudly up at the apprentice, her chest puffing out in pride. 'I's saved her!! I'ms best warrior!' "I is Leopardkit!! I shall protect Windsclan from all enememimies!!" (Enemies) Leopardkit smiled,
the moss tangled around her claws.

Sweetpaw huffed in amusement. "Well thank you so very much, Leopardkit," she gushed. "I'm Sweetpaw. Quite charmed to meet you!"

Sweetpaw laughed. "I'm sure you will! I feel so much safer with you around. I bet," she added in a conspiratorial whisper, "you grow up to be the strongest warrior in WindClan."
