Duststorm made her way towards the gathering group, she must have forgotten to do something but what was it? The molly had always been forgetful.

It was tentatively that she began to approach Cougarbite, the slight knit in her brows long hidden away. She felt guilty for not having done enough, doubting whether he'd even want to see her, still a part of her wanted to speak to Cougarbite again. As such she quietly stepped forward, coming up from behind the warrior to stand next to him at a safe distance. A light smile drew on her maw in greeting, feeling just a little bit sheepish.
"Cougar..bite,"

She spoke gently as to not risk startling the warrior, even though he undoubtedly could have heard someone approach. She flicked an ear in light greeting, allowing herself to sit down with her tail wrapping safely around her paws. Her gaze was gentle as she looked over the warrior, briefly looking for any new scars or nicks, worried for his well-being.
"How... have you... been?"

Cougarbite dipped his head to the cat who'd been more of a mother to him than his actual mother. "Hello Nightshiver." He greeted. "I've been more or less alright. My apprentice is doing amazing, she'll be a warrior in no time. But I did have an interesting encounter... with someone I used to know, the other day." He said, not going to give up the fact that it was his real mother that he had just talked to. He assumed the rest of the clan thought she was dead or gone for good. "And that kinda threw me off, I thought they were someone I'd never see again." He added.

"How have you be though?" He asked.

Cloversun had an inkling if what Dawnstar looked so mad about, and as usual, it only came too late. There was the fierce leader calling her name with a look akin to murder in her eyes. Sighing, this was not likely to go well, Cloversun heaved herself from her nest, large belly swaying, and padded over to get her earful. @Undertaker

The scarred feline swung her large head in the elder's direction as he came out snapping at her. The leader unsheaths her huge claws and lashes her tail, debating on raking her claws through Smalltail's ears for his insolence. Dawnstar made it very clear that she was in a very foul mood, if these four weren't happy about being called out they should have heeded her instructions the first time she said them!

"I believe I stated very clearly that elders and queens are now responsible for taking care of the kit curriculum lessons. Yet, once again, Skybranch proves to be the only one with working ears as she's the only one who came to me to inform me of what lesson she'd be teaching." Dawnstar hissed, baring her immense fangs.

"Since you either failed to listen or just didn't care to, I'll be assigning classes to teach. Cloversun, you'll be teaching the Warrior Code. Smalltail, since you're as feisty as ever, you'll be teaching Self-Defense. Honeysuckle, you'll be teaching Clan duties and Life Skills. Duststorm you have Clan Etiquette." Dawnstar told them all, obviously uncaring if they didn't like the classes they'd be teaching. She gave them several days to come to her and tell her what they'd like to teach.

"Honeybite," Dawnstar called for the warrior as she found that she didn't have enough elders and queens to fill in for the one necessary class that needed to be taught. "I don't have anyone to teach Night Class, I would like you to continue teaching that until I find someone to fill it in. You can swap with Larkfire if you find yourself too busy to teach a lesson."

Honeybite looked over to where Dawnstar was giving the queens and elder an ear chewing as the Shadow Queen called her name. She stepped a little closer so that she could properly address the leader.
The bicolour tabby dipped her head.
"If you do find a replacement, I can remain as a substitute. Until then, I'm more than willing to be the primary teacher."
To be honest, she had yet for any kits to come to her about the Night Class, but with it now being mandatory to become an apprentice, and Larkfire a sort of substitute rather than the main provider for the class, she was more than sure to see at least one kit asking.
Not that she was in a terrible hurry to be pestered. She already wanted to push the apprentices out of the trees when they thought that knowing how to get up a tree and not immediately falling meant they could horse around while she was teaching.
She pursed her lips as she glanced to Honeysuckle, but opted against her snide request to teach listening skills. Instead, she decided to offer genuine advice.
"Honeysuckle, if you want a second opinion on how to go about your class, I think Woollyfeather had some ideas. Heard her bellyache about not getting a chance to teach the class."
Had she just bad mouthed a clanmate in front of Dawnstar?
Perhaps, but that was for the lilac-point she'd name dropped to deal with, not her, should the Shadow Queen decide to bring it up.

StarryLight yawned, stepping into the sunlight, blinding her eyes. Starry sat down in front of the fresh-kill pile and then saw Drippingpelt walking over to her.

"Hey! Come over here!" Starry called cheerfully, waving her paw in the air to get Dripping's attention.

Rose has paranoia and decided to post another activity post for Starrypaw and Starlingheart. Both of them sat in the clearing, the former thinking about sneaking up on someone and the latter... being emo.
