Puddlekit hadn't been happier his whole life. He finally found something of a family. It was a good feeling, and a different one. He purred.

Heronflight had almost fallen asleep when the Riverclan leader walked in to talk to her. With sleepy eyes, she looked over at him. After a while of allowing her eyes to adjust she stood up and sat down. She wondered what he would need from her.

It did come as a surprise when he asked who her mate was. Oh, no was the word out. It had to be There was no way Blizzardsky could keep his mouth shut until she was able to tell others who her kit's father was. Was she the only one who didn't have a problem with her mate? She guessed so. Her anxiety crept in. "The father is Blizzardsky.", she meowed, almost in embarrassment.

Fireflower snorted and lifted her head up from her nap, her amber eyes peeling open as she took in the new she-cat. "Huh? Oh, welcome Sandflower. Name's Fireflower. Lotsa flowers here in RiverClan," She purred softly and rolled onto her side, lazily licking her paw and drawing it over her face in slow motions. "When did you learn you were having kits?" She purred and glanced at her own swollen belly.

"About 3-4 moons ago.I thought i was sick until they started kicking.What about you?"

Fireflower glanced down at the she-cats belly. If she had been expecting for that long, with each moon being a month... "Are you sure they only just started kicking?" Worry laced her mew; if they were only started kicking, that could signal that the kits were already weak and sickly, or slower in their development.

"I've been expecting for about two moons myself. The little ones love to squirm about." She purred.
