Cody woke up in the middle of the night from a bad dream. Staying here... in this den... it made everything worse. It was decided~ he would run away. He'd run. Run far from here. He'd start his own life... the tom stood up. He padded to the exit, and gave his sleeping family a sad glance. They would be frightened if he left without warning... Cody grabbed a small stick. In the dirt, he wrote: "I can't stay here any longer. It's my fault that Talon, Frost, and Pebble left. Im sorry." With that, he ran off into the trees, crying silently as he left.

(Im sorry @Red'fur , there's no way to get him back...)

* She awoke and noticed Cody wasn't around. She started padding towards the entrance when she noticed it. Her heart stopped and she collapsed. A loud wail could be heard for many yards. She cried and buried her head in her paws. *

Parsnip rolled over, waking up. "Mommy?" she groaned. She opened her eyes and looked at the corner of the cave. "Cody?" she said, noticing he wasn't there...
