Oakenshade shook his head.
"Hey," he meowed, giving a smile. "No worries, everyone forgets sometimes." He looked around at the dmall claw scratches. "Anyways," he added, offering a nod of approval. "They've already stopped bleeding." He thought for a moment, then met Troutnose's gaze.
"Let's just do a normal brawl." His gaze sparkled mischievously. "Bet you can't defeat a ShadowClan warrior like me!" He meowed, a joking tone creeping into his mew.

Oakenshade let out a small mrww of amusement, then lashed his tail in false anger. "Are you mocking me?!" He growled, seriousness and pleasure dancing in his eyes. He loved training, knowing he was becoming stronger for the sake of his clan. Without further delay, the huge tabby tom leaped for Troutnose, his paws outstretched and his claws sheathed so as not to hurt the other tom. His fur ruffled as he leaped, and bowled him over, attempting to pin the other cat down by his throat.

Troutnose giggled and he was gonna lunge at the tom first but he was caught off guard as he was pinned down

Littlepaw crouched down, stalking towards his mentor. He pounced. Littlepaw landed on the cave floor with a thud as he tripped before he had pounced. "Ow...", he meowed, shaking his head. "Normally you do better than this, Littlepaw. What's the matter with you?", his father growled. Littlepaw sighed. "I guess I've been stressed since I went on my walk... And maybe a bit tired..", the apprentice replied. "Huh... Well, when we get back to camp you can rest until dawn!", Silvernose hissed. "Let's go."

Littlepaw nodded, tail drooping. He didn't want to rest. He wanted to go hunting, maybe even continue fighting training.

Ripplepaw sat, her eyes wide as she waited patiently for her mentor. Today would be her final assessment, if she passed. Then she would become a warrior. The molly cautiously pondered what her warrior name would be. But she then berated herself, telling herself that first she would have to pass. And even then, Fallenstream would give her a new name when the leader returned from getting his nine lives.

Reedpelt entered the cave, his eyes scanning it. They landed on Ripplepaw and he trotted over to her. "Today is you final warrior assessment." he was blunt. Better to tell the young cat what she was doing rather than lead her on. He sat down and began licking his paw. "What do you think would be acceptable for an assessment?"

Shardpaw just sat there, licking his chest fur. "Just remember, I'm not going easy on you because you're smaller. The fact that you're older should balance that out."

Shardpaw, come over by me until Whisperpaw and Ripplepaw are done." the younger tom got up and sat down next to Reedpelt.

Whisperpaw got to her feet. She studied Ripplepaw for a few seconds before staring into the older apprentice's eyes. She leaped, aiming for Ripplepaw's paws.

Salmonpaw trotted into the cave, her paws splashing small puddles that had appeared on the cave floor. The air was so cold, she could see silvery wisps drifting aimlessly around, white clouds coming out from her nose and mouth as she exhaled. Salmonpaw looked around. All she could see was the purple-grey hues of the stone walls around her. The apprentice sniffed. It was very quiet and calm; the training cave was usually full of cats and there was barely and space for any cat to groom themselves. The she-cat sat down, wrapping her skinny tail over her small paws and waited patiently for her mentor, Lotusheart, to arrive.

The she-cat searched the cave for any debris; loose stones or sticks or tufts of grass would be ideal for her to practice on. After locating a pile of pebbles, she carefully laid out each one in a row, leaving enough space between them so she could move around.

Shardpaw knew she was going to try something tricky, but he still wasn't ready for it when the older apprentice crashed into his chest. He yowled and gripped her head in his forepaws. The young tom kicked his hinds legs out as he was thrown back. He batted Rippplepaw's head before ripping away from her. He snarled and leaped, aiming for Ripplepaw's back. If he could land, he would be able to bring her down.

Ripplepaw shook the dizziness from his blows away,then rolling with him as he landed on her, letting his momentum carrying them both until she was on top.

Ripplepaw fought the urge to narrow her eyes, as doing so would only impair her vision. Staying light on her toes, she turned to circle with him, suddenly changing direction to face him.

Shardpaw panted heavily and gingerly pawed his temples. He shook his head a little and lay down, proceeding to groom his pelt.

Whisperpaw sat down. She looked at Ripplepaw. "How do you feel that you're about to become a warrior?"

Reedpelt left the cave and came back a few moments later with some prey. He lay down a vole, a mouse, and a sparrow in front of the apprentices. "Eat before the next test." he ordered and lay down next to Shardpaw.

Ripplepaw nodded thankfully, digging into the vole as her body recovered from the previous battles.

Reedpelt cleared his throat. "Well, I think that went well. We'll be beginning the final battle test here in a few minutes. Just let me know when you're ready, Ripplepaw. You too, Shardpaw. You seem like that crash into the wall did a little more than daze you."

Shardpaw groaned and got up, swaying on his paws. "I think I need to go see Juniperpaw..." he padded out of the cave, his paws barely holding him up.

Reedpelt looked at the young tom with concern. "Okay, no big deal. You'll be fighting me and Whisperpaw then. Don't worry, I'll go easy on you."

Ripplepaw flicked her tail in farewell to Shardpaw. She then straightened up, meeting her mentor in the eyes, "There's no need." She said proudly, "After all, enemy clans wouldn't go easy on me." Ripplepaw pointed out, her tail lashing.

"Good." he smiled. Instantly, he sprung forward, his speed surprising Whisperpaw. The young apprentice darted forward after him. Reedpelt's goal was to tackle Ripplepaw first, to get her disoriented. Whisperpaw was just there to distract her.
