Speckledspring sat up, purring as her friend came over. "I've been doing okay." Speckledspring meowed, shrugging, "I was just taking a little break, and then I was going to go out and patrol around the borders." The spotted warrior had already gone hunting twice today, talked with a few cats, and now was taking a break, just as she had planned. "What about you Moonfrost? I haven't seen you around in a while." Speckled cocked her head, her teal gaze searching her friend's. |
Re: SkyClan Clearing
@turtle ~For hidden ~ Sitting at the edge of the camp sat a balled up bundle of an darker shade of smoky grey fur , piercing blue eyes wrapped in the mess. An almost inaudible huff was admitted from this stormy mix of different shades of a silvery shadow as the young molly stood, stretching her fluffy legs , not wanting to receive the pain that was delivered with a cramp due to her sitting in the awkward position for so long . With this stretch break came a short yawn that oddly annoyed the feline, as seen very prominently in her clear eyes. Her eyes suddenly began darting around the camp area, scanning the different cats with curiosity. ' funny how we all live in the same camp, yet half of us hardly know one another's name . ' she laughed in her head, a faint trace of a smile crawling upon her usually stone and expressionless face |

@Duskflight
The cat's fur was sort of a cyan color, her tail was black and bushy and the tip of her tail was red. Her left eye was red and the other was blue, her red eye looked as if she was blind on that eye (which she was). The side of her face with the red was red. She replied, "Yes, it is my desire to join Skyclan.". She waved her tail back and forth patiently waiting a reply. (sorry my reply is so late i was very busy and didn't have time to be on) |

{I apologize but I don't believe it's realistic for a cat to be cyan and red at the same time and it's highly unlikely that they would have a red eye and a blue eye, I would suggest that you make her appearance more realistic to follow the roleplay guidelines :c} "Good to know you are interested, now I must go through with an evaluation, to make sure you are suited for clan life. This will mostly involve you answering these questions truthfully and for you to be monitored by me for a moon, just to make sure you pose no danger to Skyclan. So!" Clearing his throat, the brown tabby would sit down and fixate his friendly emerald eyes on the she-cat that wished to join his clan. "Are you used to being around many other cats or where you by yourself in your life as a loner? Or kittypet?" Questioned the leader, unsure by her scent which one she was, but regardless the question was the same. "And how good at you with being able to follow commands? Will I have your undoubted loyalty?" It was a question that a cat could easily lie about, but he asked it anyways, he would be monitoring her for a whole moon, and there was a battle brewing. He was certain he would see where her loyalties lie. But for now, he would wait to allow her to respond to the given questions. |

She replied, "I was... abandoned as a kit and taken in my loners..." her voice trailed off and she had a sad look in her eyes. She stared in front of her paws. She continued, "I am very loyal to any clan that will take me in and i follow commands very obediently.". She still had a sad look in her eyes. When she lowered her head again it was noticeable that she was attacked by a badger with a scar that looked like a badger claw that caused the scar and a fresh scar that looked like a fox bit her. |
Re: SkyClan Clearing
@bad company The tan and gray Abyssinian strolled through the entrance to the camp, his short fur spiked against a cold chill that had run down his spine. As he rendered camp, he let his gaze wander to the entrance of the nursery, trying to catch a glimpse of his mate, or possibly his little ones, but to no avail. He also glimpsed in the Warriors den, see if he could spot his latest companion, Jigglefoot there. Again, nothing. He was alone again, like always. He didn't even see the Ebony deputy around, so he was left alone. Of course, he didn't mind being alone. Seeing as how most his life he had stayed by himself. He liked the quite, he liked the calm. And after everything he had been through recently, between his mate, his kits, and the injury, and the attacks, Cliffheart welcomed the peace and quiet. His only problem was, was his mind. The dark side of the peace. He was left alone in his mind. He let himself brew on worthless thoughts, useless thing, unimportant ideas. It's when his self doubts blossomed, and his depression crept back in. It's what had kept him in the shadows for so long, but here they came back. 'The Syndicate will return, you just better hope a Scorched isn't on a patrol. She could be the next one dead.' No, Grousestar was going to put a stop to this. Scorchedpteal would be fine. She was safe in the nursery with his beautiful kits. 'What if they're planning an attack firstL they could attack the camp, just like you're planning to attack their camp. They could just as easily kill every kit in there, who knows, maybe it could even be a Onyx for you.' No, that couldn't happen. They were safe. Protected. Guarded. 'But were they? Why haven't you seen them?' They're sleeping, they are fine. He had to stop worrying. And it had only gotten worse as his family had grown. This was getting bad, and he didn't think Scorchedpetal had enough star analogies to calm him. |

Smiling, she brushed her tail along his back. "There is nothing that is going to hurt me or the kits. If anything I'll die before a single paw is layed on them. By then they'll be gone and safe." she said. Cliffheart was right, she had no analogies this time. Which saddened her, but what made it worse was that she wanted him to be happy. It was her one wish for him since they met. She gave a glance back to the nursery. Now her own worry was getting to her, and she hardly ever worried much. She had to think of something to say. "Cliffheart..." she began, and finally sighed, a defeated sound in her breath. "Look, I'm worried too, and you know as well as I that rarely happens." she said with a chuckle before nudging him with a paw. "But sometimes star stories can fix things, and so I have only one thing to say." she said, and sighed. "If, IF, anything were to happen, I can't promise my own safety, however, the kits would live on, be safe, be strong, proud warriors. Be leaders." she said, and nuzzled him. "We won't be around forever to protect them. So, we have to make due with the time we have left." she purred, laying her head back on his shoulder. |

Cliffheart didn't meet his mates gaze. He felt her approach him and lay down. He felt her presence, but he could make himself meet her gaze. He was the head of the family. He was supposed to protect them, save them, keep them alive. But what would happen if something happened to them? What would he do, if the Syndicate attacked. What if they killed Scorched? What if they did exactly like she said and go for the kits. He knew all too well that she would die to protect them. But he wasn't close in a bond with any of his kits, he wanted a scorched, and a scorched was the one that made him feel better, as if he were actually worth something. He couldn't live without her, it would be too much and the kits, the little stars of theirs, would only make it worse. He knew that if she died, he would only pick out the parts of their kits that resembled Scorched, and they would break him down, beat him up, and crush him. It would make him unable to be near them. He didn't want to reject them, but if the heartbreak truly was too much then he knew he, nor anyone else, would be able to make him interact with his kin. He needed her, like he needed breath inside his lungs. She could die. From sickness, from a rogue, from a Syndicate cat, by Twolegs, by dogs. You don't know when she'll leave you. You don't know. It could be sudden. It could be right now. Cliffheart sighed and turned to look at her finally, his face low, his eyes darkened with the thoughts that swam in his own trap, his mind. His usually bright and happy gaze was dull and lifeless. He couldn't do it without her. His life, it seemed only darker and more painful now that he knew he was responsible for other lives. For the lives of his kits and for his mate. He had to protect them. "No...no you can't die. You...you can't....can't talk like that. I..I won't let it happen. You can't go and fight. You..you have to stay here. The Syndicate...they're too evil for you. I can't let them...I won't let them hurt you. Neither you...nor the kits." His voice came in heavy rasps. It was clear to any cat that he was struggling so hard mentally right this moment, that it was exhausting him physically. He began panting, just with the thoughts of loosing his best friend. He sank to his paws, landing beside her. He let his head flop to the ground, his body kept away from hers. What she had said, that it was inevitable, to avoid death, it had broken him. If she was going to die someday...he couldn't be attached to her, right? It would only hurt him more. No, it was wrong. He had to love her now. He had to love her tomorrow. He loved her yesterday. He would love her always, but the burden of that love, was almost too much for him to bear right this moment. |

She new he thought to be a horrible father, horrible mate, horrible friend, horrible protector.... and none of these were true. She wanted him to be happy, and she was failing at that. She was the one who was a horrible mate. Breathing in, she let her tail curl with his, and she sat there, silent. The silence was terrible for her. She glanced back to the nursery, and then lowered her head. She didn't know what to say. That was what bothered her the most about this whole situation. She always had something to say. Why was now different? She had to find something to day, and quick. "Cliffy..." she began, and let out a soft exhale. "For what it's worth, I love you, I'll never leave you, or the kits. Our kits. They need their father too." she said, and she gave him a gentle nuzzle. "You know this, right?" |
