Raising his head, he realized that the trees were thinning, giving way to a small lake. Nearby, a few structures dotted the shoreline. Cedar picked up the pace, hurrying to the shelters. Before he reached them, he spotted two cats standing just outside. "Morning," he greeted the strangers. @bmkmb |
Re: Fisher's Point
Nala’s kits were about 5 sunrises old and she had a feeling they’d be fine to be left alone with tiny and mouse.
Walking out she called in the den Pit come with me I have something i have to discuss with you. She knew now that she was stronger her group would rise and soon take over all these cats. Her and pit would discuss these things then go recruit some more young cats. If she planned on taking over shed need more cats. She looked around at the area and saw so many cats with so much patient also. She would become the leader. She would be respected by everyone. Her kits would be her loyal companions. -Finn- He felt mama get up and penned his eyes. He saw the world around him. He saw his sisters. Then he saw tiny his big sister. He moved over to her and batted her nose. @gs29513 |

Night turned to see 2 cats padding over to greet her. "Hello", she said. "And yes, it sure is cold today. Colder then most leaf-bare days anyway." She unheated her claws a bit, ready to fight if one of the cats decided to suddenly turn on her. "I'm assuming that at least one off you is planning to leave as well. This place is worse then a stinky badger den!" |
Re: Fisher's Point
Cedar shrugged. "I just got here. My old place was getting a little boring." He noticed the glint of the she-cat's claws and tensed a little. "I'll stay for a little while, then leave. That's what I usually do, at least."
Cedar studied the den they were standing by. It was in bad shape, and he was surprised it was still standing. @Spoopy Eclipse @bmkmb |

Nala had something she wanted to talk about? Leaving the moss where it was, Pit padded over to her. Of course! Anything in particular? he asked, before his eyes widened in worry. Was this about what Tiny had said last night? He was bringing to many cats to live with them? Is it all the cats I'm bringing back? The den is almost done, it should be finished today, we can have our den back. he mewed, rushing to explain. He didn't want her to be mad at him, he had only wanted to keep them all safe. ----------------- One of the kits, she was fairly certain his name was Finn, they were a bit hard to tell apart at this point, batted at her nose. His paws were small and fluffy, and Tiny lowered her head to look at his eyes. You are so cute! she purred, sticking her tongue out slightly to bop him on his own small nose. |

The molly flicked her tail. "Yes," she agreed, amusement blooming within her at the badger comment. "I am leaving—as soon as possible, I told myself, but here I am, wondering if anyone would want to join me on my travels for a while." Misery noticed the claws peeking out, and she glanced from the molly to the tomcat curiously. He tensed, but she had no need to react. Her first move in a fight would be to flee, then return with fangs and claws. It gave her time to prepare. |
Re: Fisher's Point
Cedar was interested. "Why is everybody leaving? The cat that I met said that this was a great place." He licked his leg in an attempt to dry himself, then back up. "Do you know where you're going?" he inquired. Perhaps he could join her for a while.

Night pulled her claws back in. "Thanks for the offer, but I'd rather go alone", she said. She turned towards the tom. "I would usually stay a bit before leaving, but it's leaf-bare. No ones gonna survive in a place like that if it's leaf-bare. I woke up this morning, shivering. The ground surrounding my nest was completely soaked, and there was water dripping in from the hole in the roof" She pointed her tail the cabin she had stayed in the previous night, wishing that she had just stayed in her badger den. At least those didn't have holes in their roofs. |

Misery flicked her tail in agreement. "From what I heard, this was a decent place, but that came from the mouth of a kittypet. From what I see, this is a run-down, makeshift camp, and it is horrendous for reasons that—" she motioned towards the molly whose name she didn't know, "has already mentioned." The feline continued, "I thought that there was a reason for everyone's flocking, but there is none. All the kittypets are playing follow the leader, with inquisitive loners and rogues watching from behind." She looked to the tomcat now. "Yes, I have a destination. I'm in no need of a new home; I was simply stopping by." |
Re: Fisher's Point
Dizzy had caught the powerful scent of a lot of cats, and something else that smelled strange. So she decided to check it out. It couldn't do any harm, could it? She didn't scent blood or anything like that, so maybe it was okay. She wasn't prepared for what she found, though.
Lots of cats, just like she suspected, were milling around. But there was water and shelter here, too. That was what she wasn't expecting. There was a lake, and around it were structures that resembled what she saw during her short time in the tail-less creature's place. That was a strange place, with these huge monsters roaring down smelly black stretches of land and tall, towering dens everywhere. But here, there were no tail-less creatures, monsters, black land, or huge dens. Just small dens. She walked to the nearest cat, and asked, "What's going on here?" @MossFlower123 |
