Well, I’m clumsy, I always fail to catch rabbits and voles, “ Jaywater sighed.

The squirrel's scent kept hitting against Cricketstin'g nostrils as he dragged the fresh-kill to the Nursery. He wanted to try something different. He wanted to give a meal to a kit or queen. As he walked inside, he remembered his childhood in the nursery. He sighed, wondering how time could go by quickly. Scanning around the den, he spotted Doe'feather. He recognized the queen when he shared tongues with her, Jaywater, and Pineflake. He laid down a mouse-tail length away from her. "Hey," Cricketsting greeted.

"Oh," Doe'feather said happily. "Hi, Cricket'sting." she looked at the squirrel and sniffed. "That smells good..." She hinted. She looked at Jay'water. "You guy's want to eat together?
