Re: Willow's Rise
Nightpaw, on the other hand, was shell-shocked seeing a spirit just mosey on through willows rise. The black om's bright green eyes widened, jaw dropping a bit. Nightpaw was there Mourning his mother and sister, and there was the gigantic spirit, just padding along.

Re: Willow's Rise
Greenwing sat, her head bent to the trunk. Tears filled her eyes as she thought of her family, who had all perished in the fire. She and her tiny brother Toadkit had been the only ones to make it out of the collapsing nursery. The claw mark fourth from the bottom: her mother, Brindlepatch. The mark just above it: her father, Blazestep. The three tiny marks at the very bottom of the trunk: her siblings, the newborn kits that didn't even get a chance to live, Dawnkit, Flowerkit, and Swallowkit. Toadkit's littermates. She was the only one Toadkit had now. He was still too tiny to know what happened, but he would remember in time. Already, she needed to find another queen to nurse him. He'd been getting by on mashed up prey, but he needed milk. Hopefully, she could find one. She blinked the tears from her eyes and stared up at the sky. "Take care of my family, Featherpaw." She whispered to her long-gone apprentice. "Maybe they can take care of you."

Re: Willow's Rise
https://warriorcatsonline.com/forums...ictureid=54784 [Treetiger] | Entity ThunderClan Warrior | ThunderClan Entity Silver Tongue T1 | Monkey's Paw [active] | Worldweaver T2 | Nightmare Fuel T2 The Bengal was glad to be out doing things, asked to do more things. After her cat-hunt Bumblestar left her with, she was feeling better about herself. She was feeling more at ease, the blood-thirst she'd been dealing with was quenched for now. So, hunting normal prey would be less of a task for her. Less gruesome when she didn't have to claw the prey apart to calm the itching in her claws. Treetiger went about her own as Risingstorm instructed. She had successfully tracked down and pinned a squirrel in the short time that passed. However, the yelling coming from the tom surprised her. The brown she-cat approached through the bushes when something in her head started screaming. FRIEND. GUIDE. The entity made its appearance to Treetiger, glitching out as she drew closer to the source of the yelling. It's claws sank into her shoulders, causing her to wince and stop as the white figure appeared to them. The entity began spasming, becoming unstable in the presence of another haunting force. And it hurt. The instability created a massive headache for Treetiger, causing her to crouch low to the ground, out of sight from the gathered cats. She dropped the squirrel, focusing on the spirit and studying it. She'd have to deal with this one, for messing up her friend, for creating this agonizing pain in her head. But as soon as she'd seen it, heard it's vague warning, it was gone. She was blinded back the bright light. It caused her to dip her head out of the way, closing her eyes tightly and focusing on the pain that quickly subsided. Its presence was strong, wavering that of its own in the waking world. The moment the spirit was gone, Entity was fine. Stable. Easing up on Treetiger as they recovered from its presence. Before Risingstorm could approach her, Treetiger turned and slinked away, still feeling fuzzy from the whole situation. The squirrel was grasped in her jaws, once more, a good excuse for if Risingstorm caught sight of her. She'd never experienced this before. She'd never experienced another spirit. She didn't know it was a possibility. Once she was a few tail-lengths away, the she-cat went back on the hunt. She'd have to focus on what happened later. It was intriguing but not shocking after everything she'd been through. Just the intense energy threw her off. A few minutes later and Treetiger would have a mouse grasped in her jaws followed by a vole. A variety for her clanmates to pick from soon. She'd gather her catch up, heading back towards Risingstorm's direction and waiting for the others to appear. Would he ask about the spirit? Should she ask? She might. @kairosclerosis |
