Frostkit nodded. "I'll seek", she said relieved. She didn't have to hide, at least not yet.

"Ok, the rules are that you can go anywhere! Even outside the nursery!" Mudkit smiled at Frostkit. Little did she know, he had a perfect spot nobody knew about.

How much time had passed? Mintkit couldn't tell when she opened her eyes again at the lovely sound of her mother's voice. Has she returned yet? She turned her sleepy blue eyes on her brown and white pelt, wondering if Slatestripe had already met her. She stretched her legs, which still felt a bit sore from yesterday's lesson, and gave herself a thorough grooming before replying.

Then, Mintkit fixed her gaze on Lilyleaf and gave her a tiny nod. "Slatestripe taught me." Where was he now? Would he come today as well and take her to the stream? She stared at the sedge tunnel where the nursery emerged in the clearing with a blank expression that would give out anything to those who didn't know her well. In reality, she had secretly started hoping for a visit of the dark warrior who had got an interest in her. But I guess he'll be on a patrol or something like that. He's a warrior and has other duties, after all.

LilyLeaf smiled "I'm glad you're learning to swim! That was always my favorite part!" LilyLeaf smiled "You waiting for another lesson?" She chuckled.

Slatestripe crouched on the ground, looking over at the nursery. He was debating if he should check on Mintkit. He worried about the kit having no parent or guardian around whatsoever. He knew she wouldn’t be in danger; there were plenty of other cats to watch over her. It wasn’t that he worried the most about, though; he worried that she’d grow up wrong without a proper adult to guide her.

Making his decision, he rose and padded toward the nursery. Poking his head inside, he searched for the tiny kit he’d come to be a mentor figure for. He hoped he wouldn’t be interrupting anything.

The Bengal feline laid stretched out across a nest Foxpaw had made for him in the nursery. It was weird, he wasn't a rogue now. He was a riverclan cat. Feeling his kits, who were asleep, huddled close to him, he purred, wrapping his tail around them and laying his head down overtop his front paws.

[Open! Said the kits are asleep since they haven't been submitted to the alligences yet.]
