The sleek tabby sat in the corner of the nursery, their expression neutral as their blind eyes stared blankly ahead of them drooping slightly as they yawned boredly. Ears swivelling as they listened to the cats around them and where they were positioned. The tabby kit had heard some things during the meeting that was still going on outside something about a bunch of cats joining the clans and guards being posted outside of the nursery due to a few recent murders. As the kit listened on their mind wandering they started to hope someone other than their mother would take interest in the kit and want to play with them despite the complete darkness they constantly resided in as if their eyes were still closed.
