"You are not welcome to shelter here," she snarled, tail lashing and claws unsheathing in warning, "leave now, before I have to make you."

Michael had already waved his tail to signal to leave to the other loners, who obeyed. He quietly dipped his head in respect before leaving as well.

Brightnight flicked her tail and her kits backed up, understanding her leader she stood but kept her eyes narrowed and ears pricked as she kept her blue gaze on the cats.

"How do you not know who William is? Berrie hates him for killing her mate Ashwolf, who I was told was a Riverclan cat."Michael looked slightly confused. " plus, a thunderclan cat by the name of Rateye killed William."

"A couple but they were both killed a few days ago after they strayed onto a road and got hit by a car." Berrie responded. "I called them Fire and Ice, as they had personalities similar to the two words." Skratch lowered his head in respect. Michael simply sighed.
"William was my dad. I think my brother Evan joined you guys..? Just a thought. Don't remember what he was called, though. I know it had the word Frost in it." Michael meowed. Frostkit had originated as a kit called Evan, who joined Riverclan.
"Meanwhile I've been looking for my grandson Matthew- I heard he joined this clan with the prefix of Charred in his name." Zephyr meowed.

Brightnight listened. Looking at her leader. "I don't know why but I feel like we should find his grandson. Who do we have with the prefix Charred?" she asked her leader, a curious but respectful gaze remained on her leader when she asked the question, her gaze turning guarded and protective when she looked back to the strangers. "Weepingpaw, take your behind back to camp and don't tell them anything, just say were hunting unless told otherwise. If otherwise, I'll send Willowpaw" Brightnight mewed, keeping her tail along her daughters back as Weepingpaw nodded, him and Willowpaw touching noses before bounding off.
Hearing about Berrie's lost kits, Brightnight dipped her head. "As a fellow mother I understand the pain of losing kits first hand. Please, accept my condolences." Brightnight mewed, her blue beautiful eyes shining with a soft look, turning narrowed once she mentioned someone named frost. Lowering her voice only for her leader to hear. "It couldn't be Gingerfrost right?"
