Max groaned, pulling his pillow out from under his head and shoving it over his ear, his other ear pressing down onto the bed as he curled up under the blanket. Like Harrison, he wasn't a morning person, either. And honestly, he wasn't used to being called down for breakfast - His parents were usually off first thing in the morning, leaving Max to either make something himself or eat at school. But, the kid reminded himself, he didn't live with his parents anymore. No, he lived with David. Which, he pretended was just as bad. "Screw off, camp man!" He yelled back, pushing the pillow into his face and taking a deep breath before abruptly throwing it to the floor. He then ended up grabbing his stuffed bear - Mr. Honeynuts, and pulled him against him for a moment, listening to Harrison shuffling about from his own room.

Max laid there for a few seconds, glaring at the wall and wondering how the hell he'd ended up in a position like this, and why he didn't hate it as much as he'd have liked. Eventually, he rolled out of the bed and picked some clothes out - smirking to himself at the thought he didn't have to wear his Camp Campbell shirt anymore - and got changed, then set Mr. Honeynuts down on the bed carefully before heading out of the room and downstairs, rubbing his eyes with one hand while the other gripped the rail tightly. "You know we've still got like, an hour before school, right?" He scowled at David, looking beyond sleepy, and pretty annoyed.

Max picked up the fork as he sat down at the table, but he was so busy staring at the plate in front of him that he hadn't began eating, just vaguely listening to David chatter on and on. He hummed softly in agreement at Harrison's words, having been barely listening, and scooped up some eggs onto the fork before taking a bite. Only when he was chewing did it finally sink in.

I'm gonna be your teacher, boys!

Max's expression changed. Then, he slammed his fork down into the table, head snapping up and his wide eyes focusing on David. "You're what?!" He shrieked, jerking back slightly and nearly causing the chair to tip over backwards. "Are you f------ kidding me?! It's not enough that I see you every day here, every day at Camp - Now, NOW I have to see you every day at school?!" He groaned, and fell forward, hitting his head on the table. "What kind of bull---- is this?!"

Max narrowed his eyes, crossing his arms over the table and lifting his head up to fix David with a completely cold stare. He just couldn't get away, could he? Everywhere he went, David would be there. Everywhere. The thought of it made him want to groan again. David. At home. At school. At Camp. He couldn't catch a break, could he?

Although... Maybe it wouldn't be so bad. 'Least it'll be the first time a teacher doesn't hate me? So yay? And all the other Camp Campbell kids... That doesn't sound very appealing, but... Max blinked, then huffed out a sigh and straightened up, sitting back in the chair and narrowing his eyes at David. Why am I not as upset about this as I want to be. "You know, sometimes, I really, really hate you, teach." He told him, picking up his fork again and beginning to eat once more. "Whatever, I don't care."

Max looked over at Harrison, mildly annoyed, then glanced after David and narrowed his eyes. "How the f--- am I supposed to know?" He snapped, but at least made an effort to keep his voice quiet as he turned back to Harrison. "He probably ate before we came down here, or whatever."


"I CAN'T FIND MY PURSE!!!" Glenn seemed frantic as she came down the stairs, already dressed and honestly looking rather nice. But her eyes were wide and panicked as she looked around. "I can't leave without my purse! God dammit this is gonna be a horrible day!"

Gwen sighed in relief as David gave her the purse, the frantic look in her eyes disappearing. She smiled a bit when he kissed her, and snorted and rolled her eyes as he opened the door. "Alright, cut it out 'fore I punch you." She teased, but gave him a kiss before heading out. "Bye, kids!"


Max sighed, giving Harrison a look. "Just chill. It's not like he's starving or anything." He finished his food, and rolled his eyes when Gwen called, not responding as he slid out of his seat, grabbing the plate and heading over to put it in the sink. "Yeah, yeah."

Max sighed, rubbing his forehead. "Yeah, sure." He sighed, crossing his arms. "Whatever... You know, might not be too horrible. I mean, it's David. Do you really think he could do anything non-Camp related?" He asked curiously as turned back to Harrison, and leaned back, raising his eyebrows as he saw the quarters fall to the floor. Almost instantly, he felt his stomach twist rather violently. Any magic tricks Harrison did sent his mind flashing back to the time he started violently throwing up all different kinds of items, including a bunny. And it wasn't exactly a good experience. "Man, you're freaky." Max said bluntly, though he was chuckling as he headed to the fridge to get something to drink.

Gwen sighed, though she seemed amused for the most part. "Walmart." She told him with an amused smirk, sliding into the passenger seat and shutting the door. "I'm a cashier, remember?" She laughed, glancing out the window.
