Lynxstar laid in his den, his creamy fur cooled by the feel of the shadiness of the stone walls. He was slowly getting used to being clan leader. But he was starting to get the hang of it slowly.

Leapordpelt smiled. She padded over to the leaders den and called, "May I enter?" The old rouge may miss being free, doing whatever, eating whatever, but she liked this better. Especially after what happened at her six moons old age.

The calm tom raised his head, looking at the entrance of the den. When he noticed it was Leopardpelt, her nodded, “You may enter.” He stood up, sitting down, smiling softly, “What is it you have came in here for Leopardpelt?”

"I came to see how you were. Also to see when you are going to appoint a deputy. That might help you." She mewed padding in and sitting down softly. The bengal wrapped her tail around her paws kindly.

Lynxstar’s ears twitched, he didn’t exactly think about appointing a deputy right now, his only thought was to make the clan great and strong. Then he would think about a deputy. “I’m completely fine Leopardpelt, and about a deputy..I’ll do that once we have more warriors. Then I’ll decide who to choose.” His tone was calm, his pale yellow gaze looking at hers.

"Would you like me to hunt?" the she-cat asked kindly looking at Lynxstar. Se thought after a bit of hunting she will go see the med-cat and see if they needed herbs.

”Yes, that would be great, more prey for the clan means less starvation.” He purred, flicking his ears. (No unfortunately I don’t, only what he looks like. And that he is a cream ticked tabby, which means he has some barely noticeable spots along his body and some stripes along his legs. He also has pale yellow eyes, tufted ears, which the tufts are black, including a bobtail. He also has white mink along his body, which means it’s sorta like a piebald, which some of the white is along his face. Hopefully that was understandable for him)

Lynxstar watched as Leopardpelt left, following her and then sitting down in front of his den. His ears perked as he looked around his clan, sighing as he awaited for anything special to happen. (OPEN)

The bob-tailed molly trotted to the Leader's den. "Dad? Can I talk to you?" she asked hopefully. She wanted to spend some time with him, she hadn't been able to since all this Clan stuff happened.

Leapordpelt ran into the open and smelt the air. rabbit. SHe pounced on it and killed it. SHe then killed a mouse. She ran bakc to camp with her prey then padded to the medicine cat den.

Lynxstar had a thought in his mind, and he jumped up into the highest ridge, yowling across the clan “May all cats old enough to hunt gather beneath the high ridge!” His voice rang all around the camp, hoping all the cats would come out. Chillykit was 6 moons old. She seemed old enough to get out of the nursery, even if she wasn’t an apprentice just yet. Speaking of which, this could be it, couldn’t it? She could finally be an apprentice! All these thoughts rushed through the gray she-cat’s mind and she went to sit down in the crowd. She just couldn’t get it out of her head, and her eyes were sparkling.

Flamefeet itched his back. There was probably a tick back there.
Those apprentices dun’ bother to get ticks off their fellow elders, it seems. he thought bitterly.
The tom heard Lynxstar’s call though, and walked over slowly, head bent down slightly in tiredness, and he forgot about the tick as he sat down and made himself comfortable.

Cougarpaw, your mentor will be Dawnstone. Dawnstone, I hope you teach him well. Goatpaw, your mentor will be Leopardpelt. Leopardpelt, I hope you teach her well.” He took a deep breath, and continued. “Chillykit has became the age of 6 moons today and it’s about time she becomes an apprentice. This is it! she mewed in her mind. I’m becoming an apprentice!
She was careful not to flinch or fidget, as she didn’t want to embarrass herself on the big day.

Sandpaw walked over and peeked at Feathercloud sorting herbs. She didnt know much about herbs yet, but she found them interesting. She didnt have a mentor yet and she hoped that she could become a medicine cat someday. She highly admired Feathercloud.

Feathercloud pricked her ears at the sound of having an apprentice, she wasn't informed of this beforepaw? She wasn't complaining, but she was going to have a little one on one with her brother. Taking that thought out of her mind for the time being, Feathercloud stepped towards Chillypaw, and bent down the touch noses.

Lynxstar nodded, “I know, but it’s..really not that easy when there wasn’t that much warriors to teach three apprentices. So I had to choose..soon I might be making some sort of..deputy tournament..so it could be easier..”

Chillypaw trotted after her new mentor, Feathercloud. She was excited, icy blue eyes shining up at Lynxstar. She gave her fur a few quick licks to look decent, then straightened up.

(I love Flamefeet and his Country accent, ngl-)

Flamefeet watched Chillypaw race over.
”Hehe.. young cats have quick feet,” he murmured. “Unlike them old bones.”
He walked slowly over to the others, eyes giving off a glint of amusement. When he managed to get there, he sat down.
