Enemies become friends
 

Frogfang is soon to be a thing(provided he passes his assessment) and so me and @feather lily come to you with Frogfang and Shrewstep’s future! We’re super excited, and got maybe a LITTLE carried away, so if you somehow manage to read this KUDOS TO YOU!

This starts off with Frogfang being himself, manipulating some poor she-cat into having kits with him, mostly so he can add to his(weird, admit it) army of little brainwashed children. Unfortunately, Shrewstep finds out and is actually friends with the poor lady, leading to another fight between the two. Fairly boring thus far.

Shrewstep will(of course) have kids, and ABSOLUTELY be a complete and utter helicopter dad because he is a helicopter dad for the kits of a cat he isn’t even related to and is DEAD! Frogfang will find a cat he actually likes and have kids as well, who will probably be trained(corrupted) at a young age. The kids will not know about each other for a long time, mostly because helicopter Shrewstep makes sure Frogfang doesn’t even know he HAS kids. He’s going to want to put his more violent days behind him and just….be a good cat. He thought.

The kits will meet each other as new apprentices with no knowledge of family history, and (Shrew child 1) and (Frog kit 1) become best friends and crushes. Seeing a MAJOR Shrewstep-annoying opportunity, Frogfang teaches (Shrew kit 1) along with his kits some more advanced moves, and (Shrew kit 1) really likes their family, being more ambitious than their siblings. They begin to draw away from the family, sometimes ignoring their father’s instructions and helicopter ways.

Shrewstep finds out and tries to draw them back into the fold, letting a bit of his darker side(Which he *might* have missed*) out with the moves he teaches them, trying to prove he has just as much, if not more, to offer than Frogfang without saying anything directly. Eventually he gives up on subtlety and tells them that Frog family hates them and to stay away from them, to which (Shrew kit 1) agrees, but continues to hang around with (Frog kit 1) when dad isn't around.

Frogfang recognizes a bigtime opportunity when he catches them, shortly after their warriors ceremonies, wishing they could actually be mates, and convinces (Shrew kit 1) that their problems will be solved if they get rid of their father(Ok, if you're actually reading this thing message me and I'll give you kk). He offers to help them, and they agree. After quite a bit of extra training, they go out to do the deed.

They catch Shrewstep hunting, who is originally angry at Frogfang, and attacks him, trying to kill him. All the dark that had been in him for so long comes flowing out a bit, and it is only when his kit steps in between them. He is stunned after seeing (Shrew kit 1)'s greatest desire is to kill him, and stops fighting, feeling that he completely failed, which he did pretty much. Frogfang is MORE than happy to kill him, and the story ends(kindof) happily, with (Shrew kit 1) becoming (Frog kit 1)'s mate. Frogfang eventually dies on one of his murdering sprees(A vengeful Shrew family member is also a possibility), and the two kits of Shrewstep and Frogfang have their own kits, happy to be free of their parents' grudges. They’re definitely harsh and a bit evil from Frogfang’s training, but not quite on the level of murdering cats for fun. And so ends the story, happily ever after for them.

HAHA, YOU THOUGHT! WE CAN’T HAVE SHREWSTEP AND FROGFANG DEAD FOREVER! THAT’S JUST NOT ALLOWED!

Shrew and Frog are resurrected after their stints in Starclan and the Dark Forest respectively(unless Shrew kills some cats and ends up in the Dark Forest) INTO THEIR KITS LITTER! Because they don't remember their previous lives(And started out with REALLY similar base personalities that were influenced by who they hung out with) they grow up as best friends, and dream about being leader and deputy together. At some point, a cat(related to them I would imagine) realizes they are both missing from the afterlife and there are two kits that look SUSPICIOUSLY like them, exposing the truth to the family.

They realize they were WAY more alike than they thought, and decide to reconcile and be friends. It's gonna be super weird since their kits are now gonna be older than them, but it will be SO COOL, and there are SO many opportunities for a part two of this story once I have a family tree……..OH THIS IS GOING TO BE SUCH A FUN MESS!


ANYWAY, if you somehow read all that you are amazing!

ROLES:
Manipulated Lady:This is going to be a fling, they’re going to have to be friends with Shrewstep but that can be roleplayed out after chosen, no real requirements at this point.

Frog’s love:Will probably be a bit of a nasty themself, since they have to love Hairball, and he has to love them. Would also have to be strong to impress him, and would put up with some harsh training of children.

Shrew’s love:Someone nice, who can look past some of the rougher edges he is acquiring and help him get back to his happy self. He’s never going to love them completely, Foggybrook was the love of his life, but he will be ultra protective so they probably won’t be able to tell. His not-so-true-love is probably most cats' true love. He’s going to be super involved in the kits, so another helicopter parent would be less than ideal, as that would probably squish the kits into little pancakes. Must be willing to do a nice, slow burn! I want this to take some time!

We’re going to put up separate finders for the kits because a.) We need the mates first and b.) You’ve been forced to read this much, we should let you leave this post now.

OOoOhoooh yes I love this plot. When you put the finder for the kits up I'm totally applying! I can't wait for Twigkit to meet the kits though (She's been super hyped up after Frogpaw told her that he wants kits XD)

If Lilypaw can fit into any of these roles I'd be more than happy, if not I'd probably make a kit up for the kits role, here's Lily's info:

I could see her and Shrew bonding a bit over how they want to be better cats and kindof......agreeing to help each other out with that and eventually falling in love? That seems like it would be an interesting dynamic, although she would also be a possibility for Frogfang's mate as well. Want to do a test rp with them?

I could definitely see Shrew jamming pretty well with her, those poor kits lol! Two hyperprotective parents would kill them with love pfft. If you want to start somewhere we could try them out, see how they do together.

@Bramblefire01 Personally when I made that role my brain went "Blackhaze." but I could see why another brain would go "Fiercepaw" immediately as well. I would be fine with either, that can be decided later I think. People(and cats) go poof, so who knows what the situation will be in another couple months.

the only role still open is a kit for frogs litter. me and rapid will be adopting a female out named leafkit since the birthing is today if somebody is interested
