Lioncloud walked behind her clanmates, she padded up to wolffang. "What do you think will happen this gathering?" she asked with curiousity.

RIVERCLAN HAS ARRIVED! |

Nightleap looked at kestrelstar before he leaped onto the rock. "I'll try my best not to get into any debacles." she said.

Re: August Gathering
Emerging into the Gathering, Snowypaw halted for a moment when it was empty. It had never been empty before; WindClan had always arrived once the other Clans were here - at least one of them. The wide expanse of sand with no paw marks having creased it yet baffled the young apprentice, but only for a moment they continued into the clearing. Moonlight washed out their white fur, causing it to glow as they took a seat near the back of the crowd. Every muscle twitched with unease as their blue eyes worked their way around the clearing, paws shuffling beneath them. |
Re: August Gathering
Hawthornmist ___________ Normally, the Warrior avoided interaction at the Gathering, but this young apprentice interested him, "Hello," He smiled, padding over, "You're from WindClan I presume?" Hopefully this cat wouldn't be as argumentative as some cats he'd spoken to at past Gatherings, ugh, he had a bucketload of bad memories. |
Re: August Gathering
| Whitepaw, The Ambitious Actress In Training of Riverclan | It was once again, time for a gathering, and Whitepaw could not care. Why did she come then? To get the latest scoop on what was going on, of course! Deep down, she was still herself all those moons ago, stupidly self-centered and not caring for others, add on some edge and self restraint, you've got current Whitepaw. Would it hurt to talk to others? No, not really, as long as it wasn't someone annoying, she could work with some chatting, it'd be nice actually, mostly for gossip matierial, but maybe she could make useful connections. | Open! [Stonemask of Windclan will not come to this gathering, I think he just...needs a break, and disclaimer for Whitepaw, she's not the greatest cat around is 90% edgy teenage satire |
Re: August Gathering
Featherflight wandered over, his long, feathery tail trailing behind him as he followed Twilightstar. It had been some time since he went to a Gathering: He didn't want to get caught up in all the tension, after all. But, he wanted to learn news himself than from others. So, Featherflight sat, his tail curled around his paws and waiting for anyone who seemed willing to talk.

~ Sunpaw ~ Sunpaw padded carefully into the clearing. She hadn't expected the journey to Sea Stones to be so difficult, but she made it safe and sound. //Open\\ |
Re: August Gathering
Tidepaw looked with wide eyes at the cats around her. The clans were so big! She was amazed at how many cats there were in one place. Her thoughts that had scattered in all the stimulation finally focused and she decided to find someone to talk to. Tidepaw searched through the crowd, trying to glimpse any other apprentices that she could talk with.

Re: August Gathering
Owltalon stalked behind Twilightstar, a dark cloud hanging over him. There had been one since Fernpaw's death. It was funny how you didn't know how much you liked a cat until they were gone. He desperately missed the training sessions they had done together and felt they had actually been growing a bond together. ShadowClan had taken that all away.
He was genuinely scared of what would happen when he came face to face with a ShadowClan warrior. He nothing drastic would happen and this would be a relatively uneventful Gathering. No. That was not what he was hoping for. Twilightstar needed to confront Dawnstar as soon as possible and as aggressively as possible. If they fought, so be it. He was shocked at his dangerous thoughts. That wasn't his usual nature and he was surprised at how much he had changed. The last attack had truly been the last straw. Owltalon sat down by himself, deliberately keeping his distance from other cats. This was a Gathering in which he did not want to interact with other Clans. |
Re: August Gathering
[[Both open!!]] //Windclan\\ Littleflower strode in amongst the Windclan ranks gracefully, her head held high in an attempt to stand taller. She meant not to intimidate, but show off - she was proud to be a member of Windclan, and she wished for all the other clan's cats to see that. She watched Twilightstar ascend, her green eyes trailing off from her leader and onto the clearing of cats around her. As she looked at familiar faces, Riverclan arrived; Kestrelstar looking less disastrous than last time, but Littleflower cared little for that fact. She cared little for gatherings at all, really, and only attended to ensure she didn't miss anything interesting. She sat, watching as the two leaders interacted, her own heart set on avoiding conversation with a Riverclanner. She had nothing personally against them, of course, but she just didn't care. Her black and white pelt shone in the moonlight, and green eyes seemed a deeper, more vibrant shade. //Riverclan\\ Mintflower quite liked gatherings, all things considered; she feared some of the looks of judgement she received from other cats, but for the most part she enjoyed having the chance to make friends who she didn't have to see every single day. This time would be different though, with tensions between Thunderclan and Riverclan so high, who knew what could happen? It would be a sin for a fight to break out during a gathering, but it wasn't unheard of. Starclan would surely punish them all in the event of one, and Mintflower made a silent promise to have no part in any violence - unless it was absolutely necessary to protect her clan. The small she-cat walked alongside her fellow warriors, hoping to find a friendly face in the crowd. Only Windclam had arrived, and Mintflower liked Windclan - Twilightstar wasn't crazy and that was a huge plus. Blue eyes gazed out over seastones, almost glowing in the moonlight. Who could she sit next to? |
Re: August Gathering
Leopardfire padded in with windclan and looked around as they was the first ones here. This was rather unusual for them but that was okay. She was glad to be here for a change.
Featherpaw followed this would be her very first gathering as she followed kestrelstar in. She looks at him and smiles. She was glad to be a river clan cat. Snowstripe however could care less about the gathering anymore as she sat and watched the leaders and clans gather she did not like the fact that windclan was first but that was okay. She was getting more cold and colder since ripplepaw disappeared and the fasco within the past few moons. {All are open to rps} |
Re: August Gathering
{Cloverpaw} Another gathering? Yes! The small molly padded through the way of the trees, the moonlight reflecting her milky creamy colored pelt. Her aqua gaze glanced around at the other cats around her. She surely missed this! Jumping around, the eight moon old molly pranced around the sea shore, her bright eyes wide and her tail lashing happily. "I wonder what the leaders will talk about." She happily chirped, Her tail raised as she looked around at the cats in the clearing, forcing herself to sit down on the sandy ground, the tip of her tail twitching greatfully. Looking around, the molly didn't see any RiverClan cat she recongized, probably they have grown in size! Oh well. The WindClan apprentice was gladly able to talk to anyone, even if they are from a different clan! (OPEN!) |

Palebrook of RiverClan Palebrook padded into Seastones, looking for ThunderClan, but she could see no sign of them. They must have decided to skip, or maybe they were just late. She couldn't see ShadowClan either, which was more of a surprise. ShadowClan wasn't usually late. She saw a WindClan cat looking around as well. Maybe the same thoughts were going through her head. Palebrook went up to her. "Hi, I'm Palebrook." |

Re: August Gathering
: @spade, for Snwoypaw : [You can ignore me if you don't feel like interacting ^^] ~ Goldenpaw of Riverclan [she, her] Goldenpaw slowly padded after her leader, an odd feeling bubbling up in her stomach, it was her third gathering but she was still a little nerves. "I could be on a hundred gatherings and it wouldn't help..." she mumbled to her self. She wished she could have had her mentor with her but her first mentor had never even talked to her before dispersing and she hadn't seen her new one... yet... She sighed and looked around, her blue-green eyes scanning the clearing for someone to talk to, she didn't like to have to be the one to go up to them but from her experience from her two last gatherings she had to make the first move if there would be any conversation at all. She spotted a white and fluffy cat, from Windclan no doubt since only two clans had arrived yet, they had been nice so far so might as well give it a try... "Deep breaths, in and out" she mumbled while doing as she said. Goldenpaw came up to the Windclan cat and, after quietly clearing her throat, mewed with a calm voice. "Greetings. I am Goldenpaw of Riverclan" She knew she didn't have to disclose her clan, if this cat had more brain then a mouse they'd would figure it out. That was rude... she thought, they cat could hear her thoughts ,she hoped they couldn't but it still wasn't very polite... |
Re: August Gathering
Wavebreak moved along the edge of the group as Riverclan neared the Seastones, eager to get an early look at what energy awaited them. Breathing in they knew Windclan was first and that in itself was enough to pique an ear-flick. From there it's methodical for her, as with every Gathering; in the corner of her eye, a flash of Kestrelstar leaping up signals her gaze toward the deputy, receptive of any particular instruction. Some look weary, but tonight her demeanor is a bit bored. Wavebreak can't help her impatience for constructive change.
The blue tabby decides to sit at a denser spot within earshot of both apprentices and veteran warriors. She enjoyed observing those who were open and those reserved with discussing the troubles and highlights of the past moon. Both age groups could be notably honest even with their differences. Wavebreak takes a moment to stretch--then sits with her chin a bit high. Attentive yet calm with the slightest lean back of her head. [open] |
Re: August Gathering
[ OPEN ] -Creekdash- Creekdash's heart beated quicker than usual, anticipating a fight with ShadowClan. It could easily happen even with the truce going on. And if it did, he hoped some ShadowClan murders died with it. Padding out onto the deep sand, he took a spot more less in the center, unusual for him but, he wanted to get the spill on what cats where talking about tonight and potentially finally have someone come up to him to chat. He had never been the type of cat to initiate a conversation at the gathering. And as RiverClan poured in, he only waited for ShadowClan to arrive, what that rat of a leader had to say about his dead clanmates. |

Softleaf makes his way around, sniffing the air. He was excited to meet new cats and hear some (hopefully) good news from each of them. He needed to get his mind off of everything that's gone on in his own life. --------- Honeypaw smiles and runs straight to the gathering place, his pelt pricked with excitement as he looks around. So many new cats! He looks around to find some new friends. --------- Silvercloud tastes the air and hums softly. Only WindClan so far. Sitting down, he watches the apprentices and warriors frolic and converse amongst each other. |
Re: August Gathering
Antbite followed behind his clanmates. He hoped no Shadowclan came up to talk to him or he would shred their fur. He couldn't stand those stupid mutts called Shadowclan cats. They were no better than rogues. The tom padded in the middle of the clearing and sat down. |

With this being only the apprentices second Gathering, there was still an underwritten statement of shock blatant on their face, eyes round with wonder despite the pounding of their heart in their chest. All the Clans would be here - ShadowClan, ThunderClan, and RiverClan. Well, RiverClan was already here. Their gaze fluttered up to who she presumed the leader was, watching as he spoke to Twilightstar in words they couldn't quite make out, despite focusing all their. Their voices were too quiet to hear, so instead the apprentice glanced around the sandy clearing. |
Re: August Gathering
// RiverClan (open)
Eerie silence blanketed the air. Stormtalon kept off to the side, distanced but not too far from Kestrelstar as he led them to seastones, ears perked and emerald eyes sharp. Grimly observing. He knew what waited for them at this gathering were accounts of blood and bile. Despite Kestrel's orders to stand down, Storm couldn't help but factor in the impetuous characters on both sides; respect for anything warrior code-related fizzled out long ago, laughable in the aftermath of apprentice murders and poison claws. An uneventful evening might (most definitely) be wishful thinking. But who knew? Expect the worst and be right or pleasantly surprised. Words to live by. |
Re: August Gathering
@WinterRabbit5350 Bristletail padded in the clearing quickly, her cream tail flicking nervously across the ground. This should be a better gathering than normal, but there was always the chance that someone would cause some trouble. Her ice blue gaze roamed over the Seastones, only to stop on Whitepaw. She wasn't her apprentice, but she caused enough trouble for it to be a good idea for Bristletail to trail along. Slipping silently next to her, she smiled. "Hey Whitepaw, you looking for someone to talk to?" |
Re: August Gathering
Riverclan ~Dawnwhisper~ Etching their way carefully behind Kestrelstar and the other Riverclan cats, Dawnwhisper cast a glance around. It seemed only Windclan had arrived, which made the silver furred cat a little sad as they puffed out a sigh. They had wanted to see their friend here, hopefully Shadowclan would arrive soon. ~Reedpaw~ Bouncing along down the hill, Reedpaw cast a glance around. Even with only two clans here there seemed to be a lot of cats. Anxiety washed over her as she searched for a friend to cling onto. Windclan ~Swiftwind~ The small brown molly followed her clan down to the gathering. She felt quite anxious here to be honest but of curious she would admit that. Casting a glance around, she seated herself near the back of the crowd with a huff. ~Flickerpaw~ The blind apprentice cautiously made his way down the hill. Putting on paw in front of the other as he followed the scents of his clan mates. Letting out a content sigh, he attempted to seat himself away from all the scents mixing together. //All are open! :heartbounce:\\ |

Re: August Gathering
foxpaw padded silently behind twilightstar and wolffang. She wasn’t sure why she was there. She was still morning and was now mad at shadowclan. They had killed her mentor her mother figure. Just the thought of it made her mad and want to cry. Ravenpaw followed the rest of her clan. She wasn’t sure how this gathering would go. And was a bit worried but hopefully things would stay ok and there wouldn’t be much fighting. Leafpaw followed. Looking around, there was no sight of shadowclan yet and hopefully when they came things would stay calm. He wondered what the other clans would say. |
Re: August Gathering
Tidepaw smiled at the apprentice, "I'm Tidepaw, you're from Riverclan, right?" She had never met a Riverclan cat, "Is it true you swim in Riverclan?" She shuddered, she couldn't imagine swimming. She absolutely hated being wet, even though she loved rain she would always watch from in a den.

Re: August Gathering
@Jayden (for Softleaf)
Sunsetbloom truly enjoyed meeting other cats with the assurance of peace almost as much as she loved the soft rush and pleasant grains of sand of the beach that made every trip here a unique delight. The giant molly would of course fight to protect her clan against any threats however through speech you could know a cats soul in a way fighting only let you know their will and determination, both had merits but the ever kindly molly had her preference. A part of that preference was an avid refusal to tame herself or weigh down her strange and often airy personality even if it made those in other clans view the riverclan molly as strange. So completely uncaring of her giant stature and warrior status Sunsetbloom bounded into the seastones sending a spray of sand out in front of her she promptly happily murred at and rubbed her face in before she stood to look over the gathered cats. No shadowclan or thunderclan yet and while the white and brown molly didnt have anything personally against the clans she couldnt help but be happy for that. They just seemed to bring down the mood when they were here.... That didnt matter though Sunsetbloom had spotted a potential new friend and happily padding over to Softleaf she let out a soft smile paired with an almost song like greeting. "Good tidings and blessings from the stars upon your clan and loved ones! Though I doubt I'd manage as gracefully on the open moor as you and your kin do I must say its a joy to watch you all when I have a patrol along the border. I thank you for that for its a gift to watch~ I am Sunsetbloom and if it wouldnt be a burden I'd love to be in your company tonight?" |
Re: August Gathering
@spade @Willowfern Starclan what have I done... Goldenpaw hadn't realized Hawthornmist had been talking to Snowypaw. Snowpaw...? How could she have forgotten that?! This would have been Snowkit's first gathering... if her little sister was still a live she'd be here now... with Goldnepaw... She quickly glanced up at the stars. Now you can watch me make a fool of my self instead of doing it your self... I'm sorry, was I interrupting something? she mewed as calmly as she could, looking back to her clan-mate and the other apprentice. She didn't want to just run away, even though she felt like that would have been the easier option. |
