A Mushy Plot (and Family Finder!)
 
Hiya! If your here that means that you are interested in my beloved Mushroomkit!

Mushy here has a disease called FID or Feline Immunodeficiency, which is sorta a cat version of a chronic disease I suffer from. Overall Mushroomkit closely resembles me as a character, so essentially he has my personality and health, if your interested in joining this guy on his lil quest to become a great member of Thunderclan, then read on! Below we have the main plot, and then we have the actual roles available. I hope you all enjoy this character as much as I do!

 
Mushroomkit was a sickly kit from birth, he was born with a severe eye infection in both eyes, one of them has just a bunch of gunk, and is partially open while the other is completely crusted shut. [Medicine Cat] will start to heal his infection, but realize that he is ultimately blind in one eye. After [Medicine Cat] starts treating the infection, he'll start to overall feel better and be preparing to e an apprentice. Because of his low immune system whenever an illness is in the clans, such as greencough or whitecough, he will most likely get it easily. His eye infection will also occasionally flare up but with treatment from [Medicine Cat] he'll ultimately be able to be a warrior.

(Note : I originally kinda wanted him to study as a Medicine Cat Apprentice, but obviously Ice isn't looking for an apprentice and I kinda like the idea of him not letting his disability stopping him)

The secondary plot is Mushy finding out his sexuality, [Childhood Friend] and him will grow up together, they will keep Mushy entertained when he's I'll, and overall just be best buds. Eventually Mushroomkit will realize around the time that they become apprentices that he likes [Childhood Friend], but [Childhood Friend] is very much crushing on [Cat 1], which annoys Mushroomkit very much, but right around the time they are warriors/older apprentices he realizes that he's not jealous of [Cat 1], but jealous of both [Cat 1] and [Childhood Friend] and he has a crush on them both. I plan to ultimately have them all in a polyamorous relationship, which may or may not include another cat depending on the role players of [Cat 1] and [Childhood Friend]. Also, the idea of kits also depends on the other cats biological genders, and if they are interested in kits.



 
Events in Chronological Order

3 Moons - Mushroomkit shows up to [Medicine Cat] with his eye infection that's just gotten worse, and [Medicine Cat] starts to treat it.

4 Moons - [Medicine Cat]’s treatment starts to work, Mushroomkit is noticeably more energetic and feeling better, at this point his eyes are mostly healed and his blindness is obvious.

6 Moons - Mushroomkit becomes an apprentice, and so does [Childhood Friend] and [Cat 1] depending on ages.

8 Moons - [Childhood Friend] is noticeably hanging out more with [Childhood Friend] and Mushroomkit is saddened.

12 Moons - Mushroomkit admits to both [Childhood Friend] and [Cat 1] that he like both of them, and runs off in distress. Before [Childhood Friend] and [Cat 1] can admit they feel the same, Mushroomkit has a severe flare-up and is unconscious for a few days

10-15 Moons - A warrior ceremony for Mushroomkit happens somewhere in there

13-16 Moons - [Childhood Friend] and [Cat 1] confess their feelings and all officially consider themselves a couple, and depending on if they're warriors or not, they may have each other as mates.


Those are mostly the major events! Obviously more will happen inbetween but that's the major plot, now onto roles!

Sexuality: Panromantic, demisexual, polyamorous

Description: Cottonkit is a small, fluffy white feline with amber-brown eyes. They have large black spots dotting their tiny frame, a pink little nose, large feet, and a feathery, bobbed tail. Their ears are small and rounded, peeking out from within their floofy fur. They also have asthma ;w;

Personality: Cottonkit is a curious, open-minded young cat. They're still learning about the world, and tend to be a bit on the more featherbrained side, but they're trying their best. They like to cuddle, and enjoy studying the sky, though, with no malicious intent, put those pastimes before practical things, like... eating. Still, they've managed to get this far in life! Cottonkit is also on the more reserved side, preferring to stay with their close friends than go out and meet new cats. They can be skittish, and generally try to avoid authority figures, wishing they could just do their own thing without this dark cloud of responsibilities looming over their shoulder. Sure, they're absentminded, but Cottonkit is a loyal, sweetheart of a kit, who can’t wait to go out and explore the great wide world.

Why'd they be a good fit?: I have a pretty basic personality here, but I'd love to plan with you and whoever lands Cat 1 (plus anyone else in the poly relationship!) a bit more about the trio's dynamic, and flesh this out into something beautiful! I really think Cottonkit would be a good fit for the role of Childhood Friend due to their sweet little nature. They wouldn't want to hurt Mushy in taking interest in Cat 1 as well, and they'd struggle with sorting out their feelings, which I feel is an important part of the role I'd like them to have. Plus, bonus - lots of room to grow! I want Cotton to go through lots of ups and downs with Mushy, and later Cat 1, by their side - I really think they have potential, and I think the little similarities between their personality and Mushy's would help create the realistic aspect of their being friends.

Description: Antkit is just a bit big for his age, standing around 4.7 inches and weighing in around five pounds, in adult hood he’ll stand at around 10.6 inches and weigh around 11-12 pounds. His fur is thick and long, with a black and some burnt brown spots that show in the sunlight. His eyes are wide and typically showing his youth, but as he grows older his already golden eyes will slowly become more and more golden till he reaches adulthood.

Personality: Though the prefix ant might seen a bit funny for a bigger sized cat, his parents and good reason to name him this. Antkit is very quiet and off to the side, he constantly wants to make himself seem smaller than he actually is because he truly isn’t sure about being noticed. But once he’s with friends, this little tom erupts into a excitable black furball that can race around the clearing for a good few minutes. He’s very kind and empathic, almost to a fault as he will give himself and ask for nothing in return, which will slowly weigh on his mental health due to some cats taking advantage of it. But he’ll still remain nice and giving towards his friends and family. He’s more of a observant type and his favorite thing to observe is insects and how they move/live, for some reason he simply finds them so intriguing and wants to learn as much about them as he can, but he also will sit off to the side and watch his clan as to learn what’s happening around the clan and with other cats. He’s not known to speak with cats he doesn’t know, even if they’re in his clan he will still scurry away from them unless they’ve trapped him in a conversation.
Why'd they be a good fit?: I feel like Antkit would be a good fit because of his sweeter personality, he doesn’t entirely know what he wants or how to interact correctly with others which may make a good little bump the trio could work out in their relationship. I also feel as though his quieter, more sensitive side could be more of something we could expand on through roleplay and give us time to develop the relationship between the three. With Mushroomkit, it could be something along the lines of opposites attract and whoever lands childhood friend. His personality is not set in stone however and may change as a I roleplay him, but I’d love to flesh out this dynamic that we could all create.
