Also, this plot has been staff approved so we are good on that end. :D …or at least, no one opposed when it was being plotted so… For all of you wondering — this isn’t a resurrection, per se, because these kits were never born in the first place.

Hello! So yes, I am back at it again! Should I be? Probably not. Let me guess what you’re thinking — Kat, when is this kit of yours going to die, since you have an awful habit of killing off your characters? (Looking at you, Darkleen). And my answer for you, of course, is. . . right now!!!!!!!! DIE!!!! Okay just kidding. But in reality, I cannot tell you definitely when my character from this litter may die. Whether she succumbs to Kat-having-no-time-and-motivation, or whether someone presents me with a cool death and I cannot pass it up. Either way, we’re not here to talk about me.

Without further blabbering (I hope I amuse you guys and not just seem like an idiot)… let us get into the details of this kit finder. The password when applying is KatCat, just so I know you guys read this :P

Outline of the parents and backdrop for you lovely newer members;

 

⁃ Berryfrost, a former WindClanner — adopted daughter of Fallownose [former WC deputy] and Peachfrost [former WC Med], cousin to Cowtuft [former WC Med], former mate to Snowybreeze [WC warrior] — is currently a member of StarClan. She died during the WindClan poisoning event while pregnant, and so her and Snowybreeze’s unborn kits were never born. Mother, afab.
⁃ Snowybreeze, current WindClan warrior — grandson to Dapplebreeze [WC Fury], nephew of Bravebird [WC Fury], soon-to-be cousin to the BraveHawk litter, former mate of Berryfrost [StC resident]. Father, amab.

So as seen above, the kits would already have established familial connections and that many potential interaction opportunities.

The plot is question is this;

 

⁃ Berryfrost, in simple terms, makes a Monkey’s Paw wish for her unborn kits to live. And woah! They do live! (They will randomly spawn in a random part of WC’s territory … I’m thinking they can revive over Berryfrost’s grave).
⁃ I’ll be Spiritual Encounter-ing Berryfrost so she can lead Snowybreeze to their children.
⁃ Except… whoopsie daisy, nobody told Berryfrost of the downsides. Hehe, how silly… because these kids ain’t normal at all! Nope, these kids have been manifested by a supposed “wish” that will twist dreams into nightmares.
⁃ Which translates… into them not being able to survive without … cannibalism. (NOTE: I AM WILLING TO MAKE 1 EXCEPTION, so 1 normal kit in a litter of baby vampires is a-okay with me. Or 2 if the litter is on the larger size. Just include if you wish to have a regular kitten).
⁃ Additionally, I am thinking about looking into Berryfrost no longer being able to view/spiritual encounter/dream visit her family directly as another drawback of the wish she made, so she’ll be completely unawares and helpless as to what’s happening below.
⁃ It might start slow, a nibble here, a bite there. Kit-ish antics, or are they? These mini vampire-zombie-potentially-serial-killer kittens are maybe also up for an adoptive mother (or at least, they need a mother until they’re weaned, but said mother might get bitten a lot) if @/Alchemist Kitsune figures Snowybreeze would need help raising the kittens. (Yes Dark, I see you and Firestorm being waved around, but I’m putting this here anyway).

Name Ideas;
(You are allowed to submit your own name, so long at it hopefully links back to one of these gifts. When Berryfrost was alive, she used to collect trinkets ‘n’ whatnot for her nest. When she was made a warrior, Snowybreeze gifted her 3 gifts, and they’d gotten 1 together — and for each of those 1 kit might be named. Strawberrykit is named after Berryfrost.)

Gift #1 : A Jagged Rock (the jagged rock was found on their way to the WC burial area)

Gift #2 : Pinecone (it was meant to signify new beginnings)

Gift #3 : The “Frozen Berry” (is actually a marble. It was meant to represent Berryfrost)

Gift #4 : Cardinal Feather (meant to symbolize the horizon, as it looked like the sky when the sun sets)

Basics:

•Name: Jaggedkit
•Future names: Jaggedpaw; Jaggedsoul
•Appearance: almost exactly like his mom but not quite? (I suck at explaining appearances in words so I'll just but a ref here after I've drawn it)
•Gender: AMAB, male; he/him
•Purrks(to be bought if accepted): beefed up tier 1; shadow friend

Personality:

As a kit, Jaggedkit is a little nervous fluff ball. He often finds himself not playing with the other kits and prefers the quiet corners of the nursery. He is reluctant to socialize, but if someone approaches him first, he won't mind engaging in conversation. His shyness doesn't completely hide his naturally curious nature. he's always observing, eager to understand the world around him. When something piques his interest, his eyes light up, and he can't help but ask questions, his curiosity lead him to try and learn as much as he can. Though he starts off quiet and timid, once he finds a topic that fascinates him, he can ramble on for a very long time. he is both polite and kind, Jaggedkit tries to look on the bright side of everything. He often offers a small smile and a kind word, even if it takes all his courage to even go up to someone and greet them. His curiosity drives him to investigate and understand everything, making him a little detective in the making. Over time, as he becomes more comfortable with his surroundings and the cats in his clan, he starts to come out of his shell. By the time he reaches the age of an apprentice, Jaggedkit will have blossomed into a talkative and inquisitive young cat, eager to explore and learn. With his newfound confidence he'll become more social. Though this period of time will be short lived once Jaggedkit comes to terms with his "problem". The realization that he has an unnatural urge to eat other cats horrifies him, and he can't fathom who would ever want to do such a thing. The weight of this changes him profoundly. During his apprenticeship, Jaggedpaw becomes more withdrawn, his previous cheerfulness replaced by a quiet, brooding demeanor. Though he doesn't hate the taste of flesh and actually likes it a lot , it goes against his morals which brings him to a inner turmoil (that he will learn to deal with)

some ideas:

Idea one: a cannibal that hates the sight of blood?
• Jaggedkit is going to be one of those people who just can't stand the sight of blood and gore, and too much can make the feel sick. This will be quite conflicting considering the fact he HAS to eat other cats and the fact he likes the taste of blood, plus he enjoys fighting it just the blood freaks him out.

idea two: dissociation=cold psychopath
• he eventually learns to completely disassociate himself with his eating. So when it comes to battle, or whenever he sees blood it's like a button was pressed and he transforms into a blank stared, cold gaze, heartless, killing machine.

idea three: the signs
• as a young kit he didn't show many signs, I mean what kind of cannibal hates the sight of blood. He never bit others but he did bite his paw. A lot. In his innocence he had stepped on a thorn and tried to stop the pain by licking it, this is when he found he licked that taste of blood. So constantly he would nip his paw just for the tase and got numb to the pain, he didn't know this was wrong or bad. Because he was a child.
