The meows of a cat feeding someone. How sweet. Yet the moons it had left itself go hungry for the reason it couldn't even wrap its own head around made the heart it only kept beating to keep itself barely alive rush. There was food around. There might... It snapped the thought away, following the scent. Keep yourself alive, not entertained, because that's what the spirits want out of this cruel game. It was purely here to live a life and it couldn't do that distracted. Could it? No. It couldn't. And we spiral into looping whys and what's the point, but dying was the end now. If StarClan really cared, they'd help. So it wasn't ever going to accept itself there, even if it deserved to. It was help. Not fun. It stumbled upon the den. The cats. The source of the sound. It was colder that it used to be. It wasn't kind anymore. Not scared. But... ready to fight. "You. What are you doing here?" it said, posing as a RiverClan cat. It was larger than an apprentice for as much as it still technically was. If it could send the cats away, it could take their den. New goal. |

He hissed, His fur standing on end, he looked Terrified... He noticed the cat was starving. "A..are you...h..hungry?" He asked, His body Shuddering with Fear but he noticed the Cat was Dying... Maybe..."fire sweetie, I'll get you another Piece of Prey" he mumbled as he grab the Half Eaten Frog and Pushed it towards The Other cat "Don't hurt us..." He Whispers Softly...hoping. ┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛ |

Are you wanting to shame me for my willingness to give to my.. Clan?" It felt bad for lying, yet.... not. It was too cold for Winterpaw, even despite its name, and it stared coldly into the eyes of the kit, then the adult. It took a bold step forward. |

She Looks up, A determination burning in her eyes, "eat." She Was shaking yes but she was brave, She ignored her fathers Pleas for her to Come back. ﾟ･｡･ﾟ |

Of course I do. I'm a Clan cat, you pesky rogues." it snapped at the older cat, lashing its tail. "If there were more of us you'd be gone already. You're lucky I haven't attacked already." Heart pounding with distress over if it'd be discovered or not, it looked at the kit and the random frog they were trying to offer for their safety. It was surprised as to why they thought a starving cat could fend off a kit and a warrior sized cat. "I am fine. I told you to stop." it hissed at the kit. It paused as the kit ignored what their father said, disobeying a parent. And for as much as he didn't want to, but it was not listening, being annoying, giving up its prey for some stranger, who, if they were so scared of, could fend for themselves no? So why were they trying? It forgot the question, unsheathed its claws and swiped at the kit's face. |

It had to stay strong. It lashed out directly at the fighter's eyes. Weakly, of course, but with purpose. Those green eyes could fade into the Dark Forest and so could its yellow ones, but it couldn't care less. It just kept slashing and slashing, it didn't care anymore. You hurt me, I hurt you. |

┏━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┓ snow yowled, unsure of what was happening, soon enough and fell onto his side, trying to catch his breath, his paws weakly lifting up to attack back but he was gushing blood, snow...didn't know how to fight a more experienced and younger cat, this wasn't working- he backed up, pushing himself back to protect his kit. "leave us..." he groaned out, his voice cracking. ┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛ ｡ﾟﾟ･｡･ﾟﾟ｡ ﾟ。 fire wasn't sure what happened, she watched as her father and the strange cat fought, but soon enough her fathers now limp body was on top of her's trying to protect her, she looked up at the cat that made her father sleep. she was speechless...why...why would this cat hurt them when they didn't do anything to it...? ﾟ･｡･ﾟ (sorry late reply) |

Shuddering. Memories from the insanity it suffered when it... it... it didn't like to discuss any, let alone every single second of those.... nightmares it suffered, and shook it off. This cat had.. fallen. It had- It had DONE something. It had - oh StarClan - given itself an opportunity to MURDER somecat. And it honestly wanted to take it. It looked at the blood on its paws, feeling... dizzy... but it shook it off, no, no it couldn't pass out now. It walked towards the cat, took a claw, then tried to scrape it against his throat, over and over. |

"papa!" she wailed. ﾟ･｡･ﾟ ┏━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┓ pain shot through his body, he opened his eyes in fear and then shock, his throat was cut, not right but he would bleed out, he pushed himself up and turned on the other cat, hissing out, it was gurgled but he pushed through, knocking the cat back. "back off!" he hissed, not aiming to harm the starved cat, but not willing to let it kill his daughter. he staggered, a bit but tried to keep himself upwards. ┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛ |

It, slightly still annoyed, moved to the side of the attack and then ran forward and then leaped, both front paws ahead of it. |

┏━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┓ his reaction was slow, he fell over, gurgled breaths as he coughed, he tried to fight back, but he was too weak, and now he was drowning on his own blood, his eyes widened in fear as he realized he was dying, he moved, trying to bite, anything, something! he couldn't die...not here...no...no no no- "run!" he coughed out, meowing a gurgled noise to his daughter. ┗━━━✦❘༻༺❘✦━━━┛ ｡ﾟﾟ･｡･ﾟﾟ｡ ﾟ。 fire watched in horror, her little legs shaking, she watched her father fight, and bleed and...well now fire wasn't sure what to do, the small piece of prey that was half eaten was covered in dirt and blood, this whole struggle for food and shelter...she didn't want to be alone...she didn't want this. she looked to the exit, then to her dad then heard him gurgle a word, run...run run run run- she turned and began to sob, running as fast as she could. her paws bringing her to the exit of their little camp, she didn't want to die- ((I rolled a die and got 15, meaning she's gotten out, I dunno why I rolled a die but she's out. now...get rid of my man can, I cant keep count of my cats at this point UnU)) ﾟ･｡･ﾟ |

As he did so, it took a couple of shaky steps back, before turning around and running, away from the body that lay on the floor. It could feel the blood on its paws. It hated it, but Winterpaw knew it had to be done the second it was given help |
