He's been around the streets all his life. Thieving, fighting, tricking is why he's alive today. Mastoff is an old timer who doesn't believe in ‘what goes around, comes around’ and does what he wants. He had many flings with the ladies in his prime, super flirty and once a handsome tom. Though, he would always end up disappear on them. What a heartbreaker. Now this old grumpy tom’s life started to change after meeting a young cat. No, not a mate. This is not a lovey dovey story. It's one of his kids! What a small world, right? This is will be an eye opener for him as he starts to see the damage he caused on many of his kits. And for some reason he keeps meeting ways with each of his kits from twolegs, the streets and even the forest.

“Why do I feel so bad..?” he thought to himself. It felt like his heart was held by strings, slowly pulling and tightening his chest. Is this what they call guilt? No, it can't be.

Ah, but it is Old Mastoff. It took a while but now karma has arrived. Now what will you do?

There will be six cats, sons and daughters that he will encounter and each one of them will have issues. For example something physiological, physical, family issues, abuse, and more (y'know what I mean). Mastoff will also have to face his own demons has he watch his children face the same thing he did. But instead of doing nothing, he can do something about it.

I think it'll be a great opportunity for those who need parent roles filled. He will meet each one in different areas, or two in the same place if they're siblings. This may result a closer bond with them or more hostile and distant. If you have anything in mind please message me.

Mastoff's info needs dusting and cleaning up to do but what I will put out is that he's a large brown pixie bob tom with a jagged tooth and dark yellow eyes.

He has a severe fear of imperfections, which could potentially stem from the idea that he believes that he wasn't good enough for his father? Plus, he's generally super arrogant and conceited as a result of this supposed inferiority, which can kind of link to how Mastoff believed that nothing could go wrong for him.

Anyway, give me your thoughts!

[Don't know why I didn't get a notification but I love this idea and love Beetlebrook! I can see them starting off rough and sour between the two and somehow uplift each other in a way. Or perhaps, ending it bitterly- who knows. We can just go with the flow or plan something, it's up to you!] @Five

We don't have to plan every aspect, as I enjoy a somewhat unpredictable and loose plot - but maybe they could meet on the border of Windclan territory, after Beetlebrook is told about a disturbance in the area? It would immediately annoy Beetlebrook, since he really likes to maintain order, and I assume Mastoff wouldn't like being told what to do either, but eventually he'd realise that Mastoff is his father somehow (maybe a distinct marking or something?) Of course, it would make Beetlebrook twice as prickly knowing his relation to the older cat, but we could potentially lead up to some sort of redemption arc for Mastoff?

It's late here, so I'll be getting to sleep, though feel free to pitch in some ideas/opinions on it if you'd like!

I like that! Perhaps things start to connect once he notice some habits or features from Beetlebrook that jogs a memory one of his many mates in the past. I have some other ideas in mind but I'd like to see how the relationship between the two plays out. Do you want to start or should I?
