My Little Pony RP [Private]
 

Arborwing (God did it seriously take me this long to come up with this???) slowly trudged out of the large, autumn-colored trees as leaves of various shades of red, orange, and yellow slowly fell from there branches and stuck to his black, frizzy mane. He groaned as he shook his head violently, attempting to detach the leaves but failing in his task with a long sigh. He came onto what appeared to be a pathway of light brown dirt, resembling that of a race track. He edged himself back in front of a bush, off of the path as he leaned back and lifted his bags off of his back, setting them down beside them and stretching his pale orange wings and grunting.

He sat down and turned to one of the bags to his right, opening it up and taking out a long map of Equestria to which he started mumbling at. He took a small red sticker and placed it on where he assumed he was, White Tail Woods. Feeling satisfied with himself, he put away the map and looked around hoping to catch a glimpse of another pony. @Bram246

Trotting down the road a mare pulled a large cart. Leaves were stuck in her greenish blue mane and tail. Her horn could barely be seen underneath her poofy hair. Dirt covered her white hooves and spotted her persian orange coat. Dough didn't mind getting dirty. Stopping her bag opened by itself as her horn glowed. Peeking at the map she would probably be at the house in a few hours. The cart was secured so the vegetables wouldn't fall out. Putting the map back she spotted someone. Dough's horn was still glowing as she was being cautious.

Arborwing looked over and made eye contact with the mare, giving her a wide smile and a wave as he spread out his wings and attempted to fly upwards but he was hit with a harsh reminder that he was still underneath the trees as his head slammed into one of the branches and he fell into a blush. He quickly got back up and stumbled out of it, rubbing his head and looking up this time as he tried again to fly. Once just a few feet off the ground, he flew over to the mare and spotted her glowing horn, causing him to give hopefully an unnoticeable wince. He stopped in front of her and descended onto the ground "Howdy!" He said in his usual upbeat voice but the word sounded off since he didn't have a southern accent in the slightest "Nice to meetcha, the names Arborwing but you can call me Arbor! So, how're you doin on this fine day?"

"I was on my way to do a delivery. Are you hurt?" Dough took note of his accent and his flying. He would be better if he was at an open space. Thinking about inviting him to travel with her she asked "Are you with anyone? Or are you lost?"

Arborwing chuckled slightly "Nah, I'm not lost, I know exactly where I am and where I'm going!" He then stood there, awkwardly for a moment and looked to the ground with a confused look "At least, I think I do...where was I going again?" He lightly shook his head then smiled and gave a nervous laugh "Well, this is White Tail Woods right? So I'm not lost I just don't know where to go from here, you see, I'm sort of a cataloguer for hire, ponies hire me to go to really obscure places and check out the wildlife, see how much of one species there is there, etc., etc., and I get paid, simple as that but just recently I decided to take a short break and go on a little journey of my own...I just can't remember where I wanted to go now."

"Uh huh. Well you're welcome to come with along with me. I'm visiting a house not to far from here. They can probably give you directions." Dough only been out the forest a few times. She could probably use directions to find that cave again. Walking along the path she asked "Where are from Arborwing?"

Arborwing smiled "I'd be happy to come along, just let me get my things!" With that he walked over to his two bags and draped them over his back and around his wings. He walked back onto the path next to her and visibly flinched at the question of where he was from "Well, it doesn't really matter where I'm from does it? Plus, I'd rather not remember that place."

Dough nodded "Alright." As she kept walking she shook leaves out of her mane. She would have asked about the bags but focused on her destination. They probably wouldn't use all the vegetables she brought. Could give some to this stranger. Or give it to someone else. Looking around she kept her eye on Arborwing.

Arborwing smiled at her then turned to look back at the path, flattening his wings against his brown leather bags to reveal a short but wide scar at the beginning of his neck. The scar was in such a shape that it had obviously been a scrape of maybe even a stab wound. He moved his head to brush his black mane out of his face, causing various colors of leaves to fall as the hair covered the scar, making it appear that it had never even existed. He turned to the unicorn beside him, smiling "Oh I'm sorry, I never even asked your name!"

"It's Dough Autumn." She said turning right. A wooden bridge went across the river towards a brick path. A sign nearby said 'Dazzle's Territory". Various crystals were glowing in the forest. Dough stopped "We have to wait for a minute."
