Magic used to rule our world, the natural ways of things run by this mystical energy. However, humans began creating technology, and we lost the ways of magic to the sands of time.

It was a dark time in history. The third Word War had turned out once glorious planet into a husk of it's former self. Great cities have fallen, countries have become divided, and the remaining survivors were dwindling in numbers. It seems that all hope has been lost for the bipedal species.

Until one day, several humans wake up from death.

These humans are Phoenixes. Fiery blood runs through their veins, and nothing can kill them until the day their internal flame dies. Chosen by the last Phoenix to carry on the legacy of the human race, they are reborn from the ashes of their grave with powers.
