Who are the trouble makers?

Character 2: Cat from another clan Storm's bestie falls for.
Character 3: She-cat warrior that helps her friend. (Beau's Glidingleaf <3)

What h​appens?

Storm's best friend has always been a little impulsive. When best friend meets cat from other clan, they quickly develop reciprocated feelings. Stormtalon is restless because no, that's not allowed, loyalty to clan first, all the things a responsible best friend would say. But does it work? No. Best friend is determined to see this cat again. When Stormtalon finally accepts that this is happening and he can't stop it, he decides to help best friend meet with them secretly, because he won't sit around and let them get caught.

Meanwhile! Character from the other clan gets help from a she-cat warrior, the fourth character in this little plot. Stormtalon and this warrior she-cat keep watch and make sure their "irresponsible" friends don't get into trouble. They probably trail behind at a distance, start having reluctant conversations aaaaaand UH oh, we're ALL surprised, Stormtalon and this she-cat might have more than a friendship.

How does it conclude?

Dramatic heartbreak? A clan-switch? Eternal pining? Choose your own adventure. We can plot out details.
