The Hornets and The Hogs

Hornetsting found himself dozing on and off, his tail swaying back and forth as he let boredom once again engulf his mind. There was practically nothing to do in the dark forest... none of the cats took any of his fancy, they all seemed just as stuck as him and made for such boring conversation. He needed someone who was - well - like him but not exactly so. They needed to be spicey, fun-- well, hello there...

His dark amber eyes were quick to latch onto Hogsnout from afar. New prey! Hornetsting strolled over, circling him like the menacing beast be was. "Hello there.... what brings you to such a dull place? I cant imagine your dreams would be less exciting than visiting such a place."

The joys of being and all around asshole, visiting the famed dark forest in your dreams. Which realistically was no more then a rather bland afterlife. One which you’d pace back and fourth endless seasons in hopes something like a revolt fell into their paws, a rising of evil cats or something of the sorts. Though the in between periods? Seemed to be the exact same way in starclan, except it had nicer weather. Even then he wasn’t entirely sold that this was a place for the bad cats. It was a monotone and boring existence. He wouldn’t be going either way when he died, he simply wouldn’t let his fate put him in either category. He’d rather... poof out of existence then spend the rest of eternity pacing.

Settling on the fact this was supposedly a place of nightmares he’d walk until he woke up. Not that there was anybody to see, anything he needed to inspect. That’s however when another tom cat strolled over, as much as he was convinced nothing could get anymore bland there was this joke. He stopped letting the rom do as he pleased circling him a few times. ”oh you know it’s such a busy vacation spot I just couldn’t keep my paws off” his ear gave an annoyed flick and he plopped down. ”shall we skip the pleasantries. How does this work? You claw my throat out and I wake up?” Hogsnout asked aloud eyes tracing Hornetstings.
