Lark was quite pleased with himself. He had just moved into a new area after some rogues had taken over the woods that he had previously lived in. He had found an old rotted out tree with a large opening under the roots. It was an awesome place for a den, with bramble bushes mostly surrounding the sycamore. And for leaf-bare, the prey in the area was pretty good. He hadn't encountered any other loners yet, but he wanted to get to know the area a little better. The only bad thing was how close to Upwalkers it was. He wasn't overly keen on living near them, but he figured he would just avoid that section. At least for now.
Lark suddenly heard the sound of cracking branches and looked around, spotting a white pelt through the trees. The cat appeared to be a kittypet from the fluffiness of her fur and decided to introduce himself. Bounding through the trees, he halted in front of the kittypet.
"Hey, there," he meowed. "I'm Lark. Who are you?"

"Well, I explore out here often, mostly because I find it enjoyable but there are a few nice cats out here!" She explained the best she could. @Mooing Panda

"Oh, I thought you guys just layed on the plushy things all day and slept! You're the first cat that I've seen out here. I just moved because the rogues at my old spot were getting to pushy and taking over stuff." Lark bounced excitedly. "I'm Lark!" @WinterRabbit5350

"Hahaha, yeah most just, stay on their beds and sleep, although some go out into their yards, I guess" She mewed "And I know, you told me."
