Mate for the Young at Heart[Finder]
 

I think it's time.

My old man Gingercry deserves some love (his bio is in my signature). Gingercry is 66 moons and a senior warrior of Shadowclan, so a ShC romance may be preferred but his goofy ways leave him pretty carefree about most things. His advancing age is simply reinforcing to him the lack of true importance in the segregation of clan from clan and clan from non-clan. He is bisexual. He has two kits, both grown, one biological and one adopted, who he has a close relationship with, along with his currently 5 grandkits. He lost his one true love, Lilyleap, many moons ago (there may be a conspiracy plot behind her death later on). But I think he's mourned her alone long enough, he deserves a new beginning. Show me your cats!

Name: Sagewhisper
Age: 55 moons
Personality: Sagewhisper is a refined and respectable she-cat, as well as a seasoned warrior. She is quiet and serious, rarely betraying any emotions other than approval or disapproval. She is very level headed and does everything in a rational manner, leading with her brain instead of her heart. Her idea of love is definitely what would be considered tough. She is proud in a quiet way and always looks up respectfully to her superiors.

Thoughts: She had a mate in the past, with whom she had two kits, Codpaw and Eveningpaw. They're out of the picture now, and have been for at least a few moons, as she raised the kits herself.

I'm not sure exactly how Gingercry would do with someone more logical. Besides, wouldn't that kind of go against her brains over heart thing to have a mate in a different clan?

Thoughts: she can’t have kits herself sadly, she had an old NPCmate in the past and once he learned this he left her for another. It tore her apart but she didn’t let it bother her much, whenever a Tom takes interest in her she explains that friend or not incase it happen’s again

Gingercry is nearly twice her age... I may be open for it though, at least a semi-serious to serious fling. It kind of fits with my idea of his kids being not so forthright in approving of the relationship. It's a little more interesting since Leafstep and Gingercry's daughter Goldenstep had somewhat hit it off as friends.
I'm open to try them out together. Would you like to start a thread?
