SNOW-FEVER MASS QUARANTINE THREAD

The first symptom is being racked with chills. Horrible chills you can't seem to solve, no matter the amount of warmth you receive - you are racked with them. As time goes on, it only worsens and soon you are dealing with a variety of symptoms. You may struggle with a fever or have difficulty breathing. There may be decrease of appetite or extreme nausea. If you begin to experience weakness in your limbs, please report it. This means the sickness is beginning to spread to your nervous system. Your death is imminent.

Cowtuft has officially received his full name and it has brought dire effects. Instead of being chosen by the Starclan, he was chosen by the Dark Forest. A fraud, if you will. Rather it be coincidence or punishment, it is unknown but, a sickness is beginning to spread through Windclan. A sickness that not Windclan or the Four Clans as a whole has ever had to deal with. It is highly infectious and spreads quickly throughout the body. It manifests first in the respiratory system and eventually spreads to the whole nervous system - when this happens, there is no possibility of treating it.

✦ SYMPTOMS OF THE ILLNESS
- > extreme body shivers/chills (the first symptom to become apparent)
- > disorganized speech pattern (in severe cases)
- > decreased appetite + nausea
- > difficulty breathing
- > visual + auditory hallucinations (in severe cases)
- > intense dehydration - always feeling as if they are thirsty
- > fever
- > eye infections + mouth sores, etc.
- > weakness in limbs (this is the progression to a more severe case)
- > muscle tremors (the next stage of weakness in limbs. this is in severe cases)

This is the general list of symptoms that are present, and you may choose a variety of. Please keep in mind when a character shows a symptom that they have progressed into a severe case, they will end up dying. The general lifespan when this illness is received varies depending on your character. One can die within a few days or die within a few weeks.

Participating in this plot is optional but encouraged. It is up to you whether or not your character lives or dies - a cure will eventually be found later on in the plot by Cowtuft. (Again, this will not work for the severe cases.) After three characters have passed away from this sickness, an event thread will be created to begin a mass-quarantine and in hopes to slow the spread of the sickness down and the symptoms as a whole. When approved, I will let you know when you may begin to roleplay your character portraying symptoms.
