Chrono: a lean, slim dragon. He has feathers running down his spine, and some feathers on his wings. Overall, he's a light tan, with white underscales. He also has markings alone his neck and sides, which are a a light blue. His feathers are the same color, and he has unnerving, very light blue eyes. His horns are black, and he does have ears.

Powers or Elements: He can "stop" time, but that's really just making the minutes tick by slowly to a dragon, or dragon he chooses.. He can go back in time, but he'd rather not play around with the past, and also, he can peer into the future. (Too OP?)
