Screams of his lover as she falls to the ground are the only thing that can be heard as his life flashes before his eyes. Every emotion flooded into his body in that one second then they were all gone replaced with pure rage. He raises the gun and pulls the trigger. Everything seemed to be going in slow motion for him. The man in black falls to the ground scrambling for his breath.
“Giovanni Beasley?” A voice says shaking a ragged looking man out of his thoughts. “Giovanni Beasley the doctor will see you now” the voice says again. The voice belonged to a young intern, George Casoway, who worked at Sherwood Mental Health Hospital. Gio stands up slowly only nodding and follows the young man to the doctors office. George opens the door for him and closes it as Gio steps in.
“Giovanni Beasley? How are you feeling today?”
“Could be better I suppose, Doc”
“How is your medicine working for you”
Gio lets out a sigh “The same as always Doc” It was the same questions and routine everyday. Even if you didn’t go into the hospital crazy you would definitely leave worse off.
“Gio is she still following you?” the doctor asks. Gio turns to the girl who was standing in the corner.
“Yes.” He says plainly. The doctor makes a tsk sound and scribbles on his paper “Doc, Don’t play games with me. How long do i have to stay in this dump” Gio asks just as he always does everyday. Then the doctor says something different than usual
“I’ve made arrangements to release you tomorrow as long as you agree to go to therapy.”
