Charlie sat in the forest beside Hexside, playing a fast tune on their lute. It kind of looked like an obese guitar in their opinion. Their snake palisman was draped over their shoulders as they played, almost like a scarf. They knew they were probably gonna be late for class, but they didn't care in the least.

Charlie shrugged. "Yeah," They said, not taking their eyes off the instrument in their lap. "Who are you, by the way?" Charlie asked, the snake palisman upon their shoulders turning it's large head to face the boy.

Charlie stood up, stretching. "Kay." They grunted, their palisman freezing and turning back to the staff form. "Beast-keeping is first."
