The idea is that Citrus, a kittypet, and a clan cat fall in love. They interact outside of their respective territories (outskirts) one day and something blooms from there. However, Citrus is not a good cat. He is arrogant, bratty, and entitled. When told about clan life, he decides he wants to be a nuisance. Whether the other cat stops Citrus from planning anything or not is up to whoever plays them. I was thinking maybe there's conflict because of their love and Citrus doesn't take it seriously.
