Cherry's Home (Private)
For de plot. :>
So, Cherry's home isn't too grand. It consists of a relatively average-sized makeshift den at the far corner of the woods, near a small river with many shrubbery growing nearby. She has her own supply of herbs in the side of the den in case of an emergency. In her old age, she offers many chores to the two cats she adopted. -- Cherry sat quietly at the edge of the den, sorting the herbs she had collected by smell and taste. The old cat took pride in her supply, although most was now collected by Andi and Trout. Sighing, she called out for the two. While she was incapable of doing a lot at once, Cherry had managed to hunt three animals to feast on. |
Re: Cherry's Home (Private)
Hazelsong layed in the shadows, she let out a sigh. It wasn't the same anymore since Soddenfur left the clan so suddenly. Hazelsong and Soddenfur had been good friends, they were friends as long as Hazelsong could remember. Hazelsong loved him to, which she knew wasn't going to work since he left for another cat with his kits. Hazelsong sighed, she still loved him, she never told him about how she felt and now she wished that she had. Hazelsong stood up, she padded out of the clearing into the woods. She first walked but started running quickly. The wind trough her fur made her problems go away for a second. |
Re: Cherry's Home (Private)
Sodden, weary from another day's searching, headed down through the woods. Normally, he didn't come so close to the clan territories, but right now he was at rock bottom. Nonetheless, he continued his journey to find any trace of his kits. What if they're all dead? What if a fox took them away and I'm wasting my life? Pushing the thoughts out of his head, Sodden continued on. He scented a faint aroma, one somewhat familiar. Clan cats... They've come to keep me out of their territory! I'm not even past the scent markers! Exasperated, the loner dodged the smell and took a sharp left turn.

Trout sleepily yawned and stretched. He kneaded his paws to the ground and looked around, his eyes dilating. He looked for Cherry, but she was now where to be found. Trout stood up and padded around. His feet were numb for lying down for so long.

Re: Cherry's Home (Private)
Cherry rolled her eyes and padded out of the den, wanting to just start eating the plump vole she had just captured. "Trout, Andi!" she called, looking around. She moved a few pine needles out of the floor with her paw, her fuzzy, gray pelt partially hidden in the shadows of the trees. Those two cats are always somewhere out in the forest! The loner grumbled, sitting down to wait for the two.

Trout pricked his ears. 'Did someone call my name? Was it Cherry?' Trout bounded outside of the den. He looked around and spotted Cherry. Trout bounded up to her and smiled politely. "Did you call me?" He meowed.

Re: Cherry's Home (Private)
Sodden hissed with annoyance when Hazelsong ambushed him, although he was relieved it was someone he knew well enough for him not to be in too much trouble. He regained his balance, unsure what was happening. "...Hazelsong. It's been a while," he mewed awkwardly, unsure what kind of reaction he'd get.
-- Cherry nodded calmly. "I've got fresh-kill, so you better eat it while you can!" she cheerily replied, her tail pointing to the prey. "Where's your sister?" she asked, curious where Andi could have gone. |
