In the valley, it is safe. Was safe. The cats who lived there were peaceful, but a flood forced them to disperse. The Cats of the Lilies escaped to a nearby mountain range, hoping to forget the tragedy and finding a new calling as Clan cats. LilyClan has settled among the rocks and crannies of the Dappled Mountains, as they were named by their ancestors, and adapted as best they could.

The valley still calls to them, and those who remember are plagued by dreams. They aren't meant for the dark mountains, but they couldn't possibly survive in the valley with the memories there.

New Leaf
Blooming Day One
Usually in early New Leaf, when the herbs from the healers' garden are flowering. Cats make crowns, wreaths, and just collect flowers for the day and present them to close loved ones (family and friends).
Blooming Day Two
The night and day directly after Day One in which young cats collect flowers for crushes or mates. They present gifts, usually also including prey or trinkets, to a potential match and hope to have their feelings reciprocated. NO CATS YOUNGER THAN THIRTEEN MOONS MAY PARTICIPATE.

Sunning Day
The hottest, brightest, longest day of the year where everyone is allowed a day off in order to make a trip to Flatrocks and spend all day lounging in the sun.

Souls' Day
A day to remember the lost loved ones, and for the spirits to wander the mortal world once more. Cats may see flickers of starry ancestors in the corner of their vision, or experience a presence that they can't see. Healers may even see full apparitions and hear the voices of those who have passed on.
Frost Preparation
A four-day period where all dens are insulated extra, prey is buried in camp to store to last through winter, and trainees that are eight moons or older are allowed to leave camp in small groups on their own ONLY to hunt or gather.

The Thawing Festival
The remainder of the buried food that has been stored has to be eaten before the ice is gone. Quick! Dig up your stores and settle down with family and friends, this is a feast before New Leaf brings the prey back to the mountains. All uneaten prey must be dumped somewhere as it will go bad fast.
